Called 520am this morning for a cab. after an hour i called back&the dispatcher said i was next. another hour went by&i called back, said i need to cancel as i didnt know it would take more than two hours and the dispatcher said, "oh, shoot. sorry."

Theyre the only taxi that actually answers. They may take a half hour but for the fact that they are the only ones open right now thats actually not that bad of a wait time. Theyre friendly and convient. Sometimes theyre late but considering the facts its enevitable being a little late since they are the only taxi service thats always open and answers in the state of maine. I called at 8pm to ask for a taxi to meet me at PWM around 10:30. The dispatcher took my flight info and said they would be there. The flight was delayed 90 minutes and actually arrived after midnight. Before I even stepped off the place I received a call from the dispatcher saying they would be waiting for my call when I got my bags. (That was great in itself.) When I stepped out of the terminal I received another call that my driver was looking for me. But the only one I saw already had someone in the cab. Turns out, they received calls from TWO women with the same first name on the same flight

Thank you 207 Taxi! They saved the day and got me to my 7:30 flight on time, when my scheduled Uber didn’t show up at 6am, and no Lyfts were available. The first local taxi that came up in my search was not immediately available, but thankfully they recommended 207 Taxi who immediately picked up the phone and dispatched a driver who got to me in 15 minutes. Highly recommend and would use again based on this experience!

Drivers are always nice, but:
* Dispatch is clueless (I called for a cab they told me 20 minutes, cab didn't show so I called, they told me to wait another 10-15 minutes, still no cab, called again... it took the cab over 1h to arrive, and the vehicle smelled like an ashtray).
* they are always late. I booked a cab 24h in advance, and they managed to be 20 minutes late...
So it adds unnecessary stress if you actually need to be somewhere on time.

For our service, I give 5 stars. The reason is that we reserved a taxi from another company to pick us up from the hotel to the airport. We arranged this 2 days before. We needed to leave early in the morning to make it to our flight. The morning of, I was growing worries why our ride had not contacted us. Checked my email to find out they canceled on us. Not only that, they wont give us a refund eventhough they canceled and the contract says "if we canceled " which we didnt.

Today's experience was not the greatest. We used them to and from Shaw's and just happened to get the same driver. He was nice and respectful. HOWEVER... when he sropped us off, he took the stuff out of the trunk, set it on the ground and left. This was in the road at the end of the parking spaces. SERIOUSLY? He couldn't even bring them up to the side walk or to the door? Just put them on the hot road? So not happy. Never had a cab driver do that before. So today it's just 2 stars.

I had been without a car for 3 months in the worst of the maine weather.. the whole month of december I had to use taxis to get back and forth to work.. I had some of the nicest people as drivers Honestly I remember faces more than names Joshua was a regular driver.. the dispatchers got to know my voice and routine... I left my phone in a cab once and the dispatcher actually drove it to my job to return it... the best

The other night, one of their drivers was driving up and down the street shining a flashlight in windows, including at my friend's house. So creepy! We left a comment on their Facebook page letting them know what was going on, and they attacked us and then blocked us. Terrible customer service. Definitely will not be using them in future.

I just recently used them for the first time and I chose them for the interesting choice of cars as their fleet vehicle. I love Acura RLs, but the car I rode in was literally beat to death and the interior was so dirty that I tried not to touch anything. The roof liner was almost black with soot or whatever it was. The brakes were pulsating badly when applied so that certainly added to the whole experience.
The driver was very courteous and pleasant, but that can't make up for what can be described as traveling in a trash can.

I hate to do it but I am going to have to alter my review. Why you ask? Well...the last three times we have called for a cab we were quoted 15-20 minutes and all three times we ended up just walking or calling another cab company because more than 30 minutes had passed with no cab arrival from 207 Taxi.
They either need to expand their fleet or quote more accurate times. Once they do show up they are great, it's just getting them to show up that is proving to be the issue.

I want to preface this review by saying that up until this morning, this was my go-to cab company. In fact, last night I was defending 207 in the face of negative reviews. Until today, my experiences with this company had always been great.
This morning was snowy. The roads were bad. People were driving slowly, and that's totally understandable. When the dispatcher said someone would pick us up in half an hour (compared to the usual 15 minutes) I was happy to wait, as I'm sure it was a busy day for them.
