The person I dealt with was amazing. My 17 year old son was traveling alone and needed a ride to his school from the airport. He checked in on the day of his flight, when he had him and when he arrived to school. Their pricing is also very reasonable, less then a car service but with the same service.

I want to share with your our great experience with Abdi of Portland Airport Express Cab! I emailed and booked my daughter a ride to Portland Airport today.
Reserved an 8am pick up at her dorm at Bates College, and when she walked out at 7:55am, they were already there!
What a relief, especially with Uber supply being so inconsistent these days, to know she had a ride.
Happy parent, excited to see my daughter soon!

Not often in these us against you blue vs red conservative vs progressive. Do you find and honest broker. Abdi is the gold standard we should all hope to obtain. Thank you Abdi for being a hardworking reliable and honest broker. My son's shuttle from school had left him at the airport, not only did Abdi taxi service get my child 77 miles across Maine at 11pm but also called back to advise another student would be traveling and the price would be 50%. Unbelievable. As a parent feeling hopeless 900 miles away . I was able to sleep knowing my child was in good hands.

UNRELIABLE: NEVER SHOWED UP FOR RESERVATION
Called the night before my flight to schedule a taxi to the airport and they never showed up in the morning. I eventually got them on the phone and they said that they'd be there within 5-10 mins. Sure enough, they never showed up. I called again and they said they were right around the corner. 10 minutes later, still not there.
I eventually made the decision to drive myself to the airport and pay for parking. They called me on the way to the airport to say they were there to get me and that they'd only charge me $1... but it was way too late-- over

My wife and I needed to move our boat at the end of the season from Boothbay Harbor to Yarmouth for storage, but did not want to leave a car in Boothbay. Both Uber and Lyft declined the one way evening fair. Portland Airport Express was extremely accommodating and helped us to drop a car at the boatyard in Yarmouth then drive us to the hotel in Boothbay at 8:30 PM. This allowed us to sail out of Boothbay early the next morning and have a car waiting upon arrival at the boat yard. Well Done Airport Express!

I had cataract surgery and of course couldn't drive. I was really nervous the first day. The driver arrived ahead of schedule; was very pleasant and. courteous, and I relaxed. They have now taken me back and forth 4 t times and I can't say enough good about them. Highy recommend!!
