According to research conducted by the American Cancer society, more than 30,000 cases of oral cancer are diagnosed each year. More than 7,000 of these cases result in the death of the patient. The good news is that oral cancer can easily be diagnosed with an annual oral cancer exam, and effectively treated when caught in its earliest stages.

I had my first appointment at Dr. Bossfeld's office today and am extremely impressed with the professionalism and the warm reception I received as a new patient. The staff was fantastic and made me feel like I was important - not just another patient. Dr. Blossfeld saw me right away and provided one of the most comprehensive exams I have had in years. The entire staff was pleasant and gave me information about what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what they observed.
