When I called in for an appointment on a Friday, the receptionist told me I could come in the next day on Saturday for an initial appointment. When I got there on Saturday, a different receptionist told me that I couldn't be seen as my insurance couldn't be run on a Saturday. I expressed my frustration over that process not being done the day before, but said I was fine with coming back. They towed my car while I was in their office receiving treatment. I had to walk a mile in the rain, (I have two herniated discs just had shoulder surgery) and as a result and I am out $250. The office manager came in and said they were towing a truck and asked if anybody owned a (black?) pickup truck. None of the patients had a black pickup truck and so none of us answered/we didn't respond when she said "we're going to tow a black pickup... before we do, we want to make sure it isn't a patients".

I was recently involved in a bad car accident and my attorney suggested these guys due to the pain I was in. Boy am I glad I went. Not only did they help me get back on my feet, but I was also able to avoid surgery and helped me dramatically. The office was clean, the manager was very nice and the best part was free parking.
