Dr. Dave Sylvester is the Clinic Director of Harborside Sport & Spine, and has been in private practice since 2002. He received his Bachelors Degree from Rutgers University and his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life College in Atlanta, GA. Dr Dave served as the Lead Chiropractor at Wall Street Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in Manhattan, NY from 2002-2005.

Harborside Sport & Spine has an amazing, friendly, and extremely helpful staff. I came in with lower back pain from years of bad posture and over the course of just a few weeks of treatment my pain/soreness was much improved and manageable with the dozens of stretches that I was advised to use. Thanks so much for the entire staff for making all my appointments enjoyable! Highly recommend to anyone experiencing discomfort or tightness.

Literally the best chiropractors in Jersey City. I don’t have health insurance, so I was not looking forward to the crazy medical prices HOWEVER Harborside S&S’s pricing is phenomenally cheap compared to the other offices I found. The staff here is so wonderful and it feels like everyone knows my name even though I’ve only been a few times. I feel safe, welcome, and we’ll taken care of when I’m here.

Fantastic place, and I really appreciate all their help with my pain. I came in originally for some continued neck pain. Not only were they so accommodating and friendly each time I visited, but they made sure to do a real assessment and x-ray of what was bothering me before they recommended a treatment plan.
