This April, I purchased a 2021 Bass Tracker Classic from Mega Power Sports. Very content with the little boat. I bought a foldable ladder to mount on the port side of the transom. Being very detail oriented, I explained to two of the service employees where I wanted the ladder and why... the transducer is on the starboard side and I wanted to avoid someone accidentally damaging it climbing into the boat.
At pick up they explained they had mounted on the opposite side because that's where they go usually. I was disappointed but let it go.

The only reason I rated it a one is there is nothing lower. I have a Husqvarna chainsaw that was in need of repair and still under warranty.They are listed on Husqvarna's website as a authorized repair center. I went to the service counter in the store and after listening to them argue with another customer it was my turn to explain what I was encountering with my saw. Before I could give them much of any information, I was asked where I purchased the saw. Because it was not from their store I was immediately informed it would be 4 months before they would even look at it. When I explained it was

Bought my sled from these guys. They were priced higher then most at the time and didn't give me anything for purchasing from them besides driving it the couple miles to my house. They are friendly but also seem uninterested in most things when I try to talk to them. Thinking about picking up another new sled this year but I doubt I'll pick it up from them.
