Judge Hyatt's judicial experience encompassed assignments in Criminal and Civil Court, including a total of ten years in Family Court, where she served three years as Presiding Family Court Judge. Prior to her service as a judge and court commissioner, Judge Hyatt was a criminal staff attorney for the Arizona Court of Appeals, a Deputy Maricopa County Attorney, and an Assistant District Attorney for Queens County, New York.

If you want to throw money down the drain hire Carey Hyatt as a mediator. She was belligerent to the point of being unprofessional, biased to the point of not hearing information that was relevant to the case, she misheard and misunderstood numerous points, and seemed incapable of grasping fairly simple financial analyses that had a bearing on the case. At one point she used inaccurate numbers for an important calculation and when an attempt was made to correct her she became irritated with the interruption. Further calculations were completely off and she seemed indignant when the errors were

Jim Padish handled my highly contentious divorce and I could not be more grateful to him and his team; Alicia Gallo is top notch. If you would like to waste your money and a year of your time, hire Mr. Padish to handle your divorce. A very simple divorce that should have taken "a few months" in Mr. Padishs' own words cost over $5,ooo and over 12 months....and still no divorce! Retained a new lawyer in November, divorce will be final the end of December.
