We had a wrongful eviction and had to hire someone in a hurry. Mr. Weinberger charged us $6000 to stay the eviction, file the appeal and represent us in court. First he made us get over $4000 in bonds just to find out the court would not except a bond, they needed a cashiers check. We had to come up with more than $8000 in 6 hours due to that mistake. (this was in addition to the $6000 we paid him the same day) It took several weeks to get back the original bond money. He then forgot to send us that check. Worst thing he did was he NEVER FILED THE APPEAL!!! So the stay was lifted unbeknownst to

I can not say enough how much I appreciated the information Brian provided. He is so knowledgeable and clear in his ability to convey and explain at times very complicated law. I was dealing with a very challenging seller who did not understand the contract was binding and I was just trying to get through a closing with as little conflict as possible. He spent a lot of time with me prior to being clear I would need his services. This only made me realize how hard he would work if and when I needed to hire him for legal counsel. I got deceived by Brian's overwhelming positive google reviews. I wish I did more research before hiring him such as looking him up at the arizona bar association. He has a history of being in trouble with the bar association and was put on probation.
