I was very satisfied with the work done. The only problem was the amount of time they kept my machine. I realize that they were preparing to move and probably were affected in some way by the Covid pandemic. The receipt indicated the machine would be ready a month later, but it actually took a few more weeks than that.

Great place to buy a Baby Lock or Pfaff machine and to have your machine serviced no matter the brand. I just purchased a Babylock Ovation serger and cover stitch machine. The Baby Lock is superb quality and I couldn't be more pleased. This is the 2nd machine that I've bought here. The 1st was a Pfaff 2170 embroidery/sewing machine which I've enjoyed for over 13 years. All my yearly service work is done at Sewing Machine Mart. I highly recommend!!
