Zig Zag Sewing Studio opened for business in May of 2011 in Chelsea, Alabama. After five short years, we relocated to 2156 Pelham Parkway in Pelham, Alabama and our shop is conveniently located just off of Interstate 65. We are a Brother authorized sewing and embroidery machine dealership and an authorized service center.

I LOVE Zig Zag Studios! I tell them all the time that I wish they were closer to me (they are in Pelham and I live in Ross Bridge) but if they were closer I would have to give up eating(ha). I love the store and the people!

Great selection, service is lacking. Nobody spoke to me when I came in, nor did they ask if I needed help. The ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the huge selection.

This is my go to place for vinyl. The employees are knowledgeable about what that sell. They will provide you with tips and creation ideas. The store hours are accommodating.

Staff was very helpful and patient. I was only looking around to see what was available and they (Jennifer) went the extra mile to explain things to me. The owner also came over to see if I needed anything. Store was well stocked with various sewing supplies.

Since they are a Brother authorized dealer and service center, I expected more Brother embroidery supplies, such as bobbin thread and needles. I am very apprehensive using "universal" products.

Bought my HQ Fusion used from private party and Zig Zag has always been curtious and helpful. Wouldn't take my long arm anywhere else for maintenance; and I'm an hour and a half away.

Beautiful shop full of wonderful fabrics and such. Christy is a welcoming owner who offers help if needed. We are fortunate to have such a nice store so close. Love the variety !

I brought my ancient Brother in to the shop today. The woman who waited on me was very professional and kind. She had an item that was marked $3.00 that should have been marked much higher. She sold it to me for the price marked on the package. She said that's what is marked, but definitely mis-marked.
The selection of fabrics are beautiful, a pretty good supply of notions. I will be back!
