Please be advised the first time I used this company was in July 2020 the service was extremely great. I believe Chris was the person who came out, he was extremely thorough and explained everything clearly. If I could give him 4/5 stars I would.
Now today June 18th, I called to schedule another appointment and the office manager, I believe her name is Catherine, was extremely rude and unprofessional.
