My family is new to the area and I chose this dentist office because it was close to my house. At first I was a little irritated when the young lady called me and instead of saying hello she called me by my first name as if we were friends. I was a little offended by it. Secondly, when my children arrived to their second appointment they were told it had been cancelled because it was not confirmed. I had advised the lady (Amy) that my phone had been messed up and that was still no reason to cancel someone's appointment because you don't know people's situations. I will not be referring
