This is not a hand wash, like the sign says. They ended up using a pressure wash type wash and it took off my paint in multiple places, down to the metal. Now i have to use multiple vials of paint to touch up large areas so it doesnt rust. The paint came off down to the metal. In some places, its like they buffed it too hard and it look off long strips. DONT GO THERE. How do you not notice that how ever you're cleaning it, when the customer is out of sight, that you're taking off paint down to the metal.

Brought my cat in for a mini detail. Car looked great overall, but I wish they did a little bit better at washing the car. There were still some bug splatters on my windshield from my road trip that the didn't get cleaned off. Not sure if it was worth the price.

Few weeks ago a bought myself a new car (pre owned) from local Porsche dealer. Few days after purchase I discovered that it was poorly polished and detailed so I went to J&A. I don't quite remember what was the cost of their service, but it was very reasonable. Polishing, waxing and interior detailing was done perfectly. Exterior paint looks brand new now. Communication was easy and nice. Highly recommend.

I hate to leave a poor review on a local business... however, I reached out to the business on their website and gave them a few weeks to get back to me to make things right and they never responded. I set up an appt to get my car detailed (inside and out) and had my significant other drop it off. He clearly did not inspect the car after the appt was done because they did NOT clean the inside of the car. For over $50 - I would expect a professional service and that is not what we got. I snapped a couple pictures of examples but you get the picture. They didn't wipe down any of the console

Best car detail! I fully recommend their services to all my friends and family. They have an amazing facility with a separate waiting room where you can watch your car being washed on a live cam while you sit and enjoy a nice cup of coffee. Something I recommend is following them on Instagram and watch out for their flash discounts they have on there sometimes.
