What to say about the caterer for my rehearsal dinner and wedding that got SO many rave reviews from guest. 1) THANK YOU!!!!!!! 2) not including family, I have received many compliments on your tacos and the salmon with the pineapple salsa. Like, wow. I also want to note how efficient they are. I was a bit worried about a line during the wedding leading to the food truck, but everyone complimented how quickly they got their food. 10/10. Also, the cauliflower tacos are THE BOMB. Speaking of “BOMB,” the BOMBZ are incredible. Those were peoples favorites! Again, thank you for making my guests

We hired them to cater a private party at our rental home! The prices were beyond reasonable and the food was amazing! Wayne and Kerstin really outdid themselves! It was an awesome experience and will hopefully be a new tradition when we visit!

The Everhearts brought their food truck to our beach rental for my rehearsal dinner. Talk about a wow factor! I had never eaten their food before but after reading the menus & looking at photos months prior, I had to have them. Originally, Kerstin informed they were not going to be able to come due to working a festival, but the fair was postponed & they willingly came to our rescue (on her husband's birthday). The food was AMAZING!!! They were so friendly, polite, clean, & professional. I highly recommend them for any service!!! I will be back for more bombz, bowls, & bow wows for my doggies on

I hired Forket Me Not to cater and bartend my wedding and I cannot express how excellent Kerstin and her team were in planning and executing the event and our guests are still raving about the food. They provided appetizers, a range of options for dinner, and even made wrap platters as a late night meal and everything was devoured. I also had several guests tell me how much they loved the bartenders and how great and fun the bar service was. I searched for months for the right caterer in OBX and was shocked by the expensive catering quotes I received and felt stuck with a traditional wedding menu
