Summary: I had a bad experience with Leeds and specifically with Neil. Poor customer service.
Firstly, I was told by the salesperson of a return policy that apparently did not exist. We were told of a no hassle return policy as long as we didn't return it for the first 90 days. We bought a total of 3 beds (couple of twins and a queen mattress with the box and frames). The day I was supposed to receive my bed, I was given a call stating that the beds weren't ready and had to be postponed for another week. Being understanding, I didn't make a big deal out of it.

Leeds is fantastic! They beat the price I got from Sit and Sleep and the service at Leeds is fantastic. I don't know Jack about mattresses and they walked me through how to pick a proper fit and I couldn't be more happy. The store is really nice and clean and the staff were super nice and professional. They didn't try to talk me into something more pricey and everything showed up to the house fast and perfect. Will definitely get my next bed from Leeds! I'll tell my friends too!

Great mattress choices, service, and price. All in a very convenient reasonably sized location. I just don't think you can do better anywhere. My wife and I bought seven beds here to furnish a family cabin, all super comfy and delivered without a hitch. Heading there now to get a new bed for our house.

GREAT product, service, and value.
I decided to wait over three months to post my opinion of the mattress that I purchased and my opinion is still very positive. When I travel I look forward to come home to my mattress as my body has adjusted nicely to it. It has helped much with back discomfort and more quality rest.
A visit to Neil is very enlightening. Hear him out about mattresses and the many misnomers about what our bodies really need in a mattress.

2018 Yelp 100 Challenge (88/100)
Not a complete review because the store was closed... though its posted times (both on their door & Yelp) said Sunday store hours are from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM, we were there at 1:02 PM & the doors were locked & showroom was dark. We may return later in the week. Ironically, this was the 2nd mattress store we visited today... with both claiming to be open but weren't. =(

I just don't like it, my back hurts. Did not work for me. My body made deep whole in the mattress in few months. I have another mattress that my son sleeps on. Sometimes I sleep there too. I bought this matters 6 months earlier than Leeds mattress. And that matters is in perfect condition and I payed much less for it too. Buying Leeds mattress I thought I would get better quality but didn't happen to me. Two stars for helping me do not sleep on the floor. Going to get a new mattress.

I thoroughly enjoyed buying my mattress from Leeds. Neil was extra patient, kind, and very knowledgable.
I dreaded the idea of shopping for a mattress and this experience was a great surprise. I can't wait till I need another one. I know just where to go.

Gosh, I want to apologize because in all honesty? This is THE BEST service that I have received. I still smile when driving by because it was that rememberable.
My husband and I were looking were for a mattress in our new home, as newlyweds. We went to a couple of places but I feel that the trend is some soft no spring kind of world. It just wasn't what we were looking for because to be honest, we need the support!

You won't get a more caring mattress king than Neil leeds.. he's extremely friendly, honest, upfront, and gives the best deals in town.. I can't believe how much Neil saved me, and a friend I had sent hos way a few weeks back.. plus, his logo was in an episode of South Park.. you have to go meet neil..

We were way overdue for a new mattress and I remembered Neil's advertisements from years ago. I looked him up on the Internet and went to pay his store a visit on fourth of July weekend with my wife. My previous experience buying a mattress from a well known local retailer had been less than satisfying.
I explained to Neil that my wife was having a problem with neck pain and that we suspected that the old mattress could be a part of the problem. Neil spent a lot of time with us and was truly interested in helping us to find the right mattress at a price we could afford. I tried several mattresses

Although we did not purchase a mattress from him today, Neil provided my family and I with excellent and honest information. I've did some research before looking around and he explained everything pretty much on the button and then some. The prices in the stores are very reasonable. I would highly recommend people at least stop here and take a look around and ask questions. Neil's approach was very professional and was not pushy at all as opposed to the other places we went to.

We just got our mattress delivered Thursday night and here it is Friday night and we have literally not left our new bed!! We love it!! Neil is super cool and gave us a great deal on the Riviera pillow top Eastern King. Neil you are awesome, thanks for the great conversation and awesome mattress! I purchased a mattress on Tuesday and had it delivered on Wednesday as promised. Neil was knowledgable while going through what's available on the market down to the difference in material. I enjoy when someone specializes and understands their craft. Delivery went well. Driver showed up on time and willing to work. He took the new mattress upstairs, unwrapped and placed it on the bed frame. Even took the trash with him.
