Diamond Mattress is a terrible mattress. I bought a Diamond Mattress from Living Spaces and after only a couple of months, I began to "sink" in the middle of the mattress and, as a result, I have a backache from this mattress every morning. I have tried contacting Diamond Mattress but they won't return my phone calls. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this mattress. I would never recommend to anyone that they buy a Diamond Mattress. If they had a "zero" star for this review, that's the star I would have chosen instead of "one" star.

I bought a $1300 Medium Diamond mattress at Living Spaces a few months ago and it was the worst buy ever. A $200 ikea mattress is ten times more comfortable. The mattress is sinking unevenly throughout the surface of the mattress. I filed a complaint with the warranty and the technician came out to my house and measured the mattress by hanging a rope across. When he used his hand to push on the mattress, he concurred that it’s sinking unevenly with more depth in the middle than the outer edges. When the warranty called me back, I stated the issue, but they dropped the call and never called me

These beds are awesome. Anyone who disagrees has issues. The owners really care for their employees, and as a result, good-quality beds are made. Great customer service. Fair prices. Good people working there. Especially the whole Bed in the Box department. It’s amazing. Again, anyone who disagrees has issues :)

I bought a Diamond mattress from Living Spaces in January of 2017. By February of 2018 I noticed my side of the bed starting sinking in which caused me to start having severe back and neck pain. It felt like I was sleeping in a cereal bowl. I now have to scoot over to my wife’s side of the bed just to get some decent back and spine support. Horrible, horrible mattress. I got one year out of a mattress that cost me $1000! I just bought a temurpedic mattress today to replace the Diamond mattress. Do not buy this mattress if you are not used to foam mattresses. They have a zero return policy. We got ours through living spaces and were talked into a medium firmness hybrid mattress. I liked the plush in the store but the sales person suggested medium since I sleep on my back. The first night I got it I couldn’t sleep. Felt like sleeping on the floor. There are plenty of companies out there that offer a 30 day trial period. I would go with one of those.

I have tried for the last three months to exchange this mattress and even upgrade to a more expensive model. The customer service is horrible and this company cares little of it's product and not at all for the customers that shell out their hard earned money. I made a huge mistake in buying a Diamond Mattress. I'm out $1300 and have a mattress that is not only uncomfortable but now I'm having back pain. Don't make my mistake, don't buy Diamond.
