A unique personal training facility located in the heart of Providence's Steel Yard. Jason realized his passion for exercise in the late 90's. Jason earned a bachelor's degree in education from the University of Rhode Island. In 2008, he became a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise and just recently earned a C.S.C.S. (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) through the NSCA in 2012.
Most people seek out an exercise program because they want more strength and mobility as well as a leaner and more well-defined body. With proper programming and nutrition, clients will quickly see improvements to their appearance and strength. Whatever your fitness goals may be, we address them from a scientific approach which will meet your needs.

I started training with Jason about 8 months ago. I was looking for someone that would train me with my specific goals - becoming healthier, building strength and doing it the correct way for me. I've learned so much about working out - the correct form, exercises that are better for my body, and I feel like SUPER WOMAN. Training has not only helped my physical body, but I seriously feel emotionally stronger and just more up beat. One of the "non- traditional" traits I was looking for in a trainer was humor. Jason Marton is a completely dedicated, honest and extremely knowledgeable trainer. He provides customized 1:1 workouts, based on his client's fitness levels and goals. He is extremely focused on safe practices and excellent form, to maximize results while always minimizing the potential for injury.

Jason injects large doses of humor and motivation into every workout... which is extremely helpful as I often bring neither to my 6 AM sessions.

I've worked with Jason for 10 years. He has coached me post (minor) surgeries, (self induced) strains and sprains. I could not recommend him more

My wife and I were recommended to Jason Marton by a colleague. Jason has been a certified personal trainer for 6 years and recently opened up his studio. From our first workout with Jason, we knew he was EXACTLY what we would need to deliver results. Jason develops unique workout regimens for each session and modifies them individually for my wife and me. He knows precisely how to push us forward in a motivating manner. His positive attitude in entirely infectious as he guides you through your workout. What I like in particular is how he takes the time to explain why he has selected specific exercises
