Below are some of the common questions that our clients ask. If you do not see the answer to a specific question that you have then please call our shop to speak with our manager or speak with your artist prior to your appointment. In order to get a tattoo you must be 18 YEARS OR OLDER. We do tattoo non-visible tattoos (tattoos that are not able to be seen when wearing a shirt or shorts) on individuals that are 16 years or older.
My passion for tattooing started in 2012 in a rehabilitation facility. I did a traditional apprenticeship in 2013 and have battled with addiction since I was 13 years old and after losing my brother in 2015, I had finally had enough of the lifestyle and found recovery. As I say everyday, I'm humbled and grateful to just be alive and too blessed to be stressed.
Stephen is one of those cases where people told him while he was growing up that he should be an artist. When it comes down to it, being an artist is a vague concept. Regardless he leaned into it and took numerous classes in high school and college relating to the fine art, specifically drawing and painting.
My name is Taylor Racine. I am a Piercer at Tattoo Icons. Growing up, I always loved piercings and but never went too far into it until i got my first at 16. I was captivated. Ever since, I've been diving headfirst into any piercing pictures, styles, and techniques and taught myself how to do common piercings.

If you have any questions about prices, healing, or piercing placement then please speak with one of our body piercers before your appointment. This is one of the more common types of female genital piercing usually placed through the labia major or labia minor.

This tattoo shop is clean and has a very warm environment. It’s honestly not so common to find such kind people. The tattoo I had done was an original artwork that I was lucky enough to have Kevin (@tkserenity) replicate for me. Of course I had the typical nerves for my first tattoo— especially with it being such a personal piece— but not only did Kevin do an amazing job, he made me feel comfortable and confident in making changes that would make the tattoo/healing process easier and the overall cosmetic results better (such as making the piece slightly bigger in order to accommodate for

Got my first tattoo at this shop by TK, and my 6th tattoo ever. I won’t go anywhere else! TK is creative, talented and professional and made sure I was happy with the art he created for me and it’s size and placement on my body without rushing me to decide on anything. As he worked he pointed out features inside of the polynesian design that I wouldn’t have noticed on my own. I’m going back next month for more work and cannot wait!

TK did my hand tattoo and made it a very simple process. If you are looking to go to a badass that will completely take care of you I'd definitely recommend him. I'll continue to to get my tattoos done by TK as I know he will definitely take care of me. Definitely stop by and take a chance with him. He stands by his work and so do it. Got this piercing a couple minutes ago! Though I did get a bit loopy (I haven’t done too well with blood or pain in the past) she was super sweet and knew exactly what to do! I was super nervous but she was very calming and upbeat, definitely made me feel a million times better about it! As for the actual piercing it hurt a lot less than expected I’d probably say 3/10 and it looks super amazing!! Would definitely go there again now that I know what to expect haha!

I went to Taylor for two piercings a week ago. A old friend of mine from when we were younger so I felt comfortable to go to her for what I wanted to get pierced. She was very welcoming when I walked into the shop and explained to me all that I needed to fill out before we could get started. She was very clean and made sure to have sterile supplies and wore gloves. She's very nice and easy to talk to, made my piercing go more smoothly then I thought it would. We recently moved to the area so I stopped by today to get a feel for the shop, staff and ask questions. The young woman behind the desk was friendly. I said that I was interested in the cost of a small tattoo and would they put my daughter's ashes in the ink. I've had this done several times (my daughter and only child was killed in an auto accident Nov. 2015) so I didn't think it would be an issue. Gabe Smith gave me my first tattoo on a walk-in about 3 months ago. The shop was very clean and they were accommodating when I called and asked if they could take any walk-ins 2 hours before they closed (I know, not the best time, I felt bad). It was a small tattoo on my foot (about 3 by 2 inches). Gabe was pretty quick with setting up. It did feel a bit rushed and I didn't quite exactly get the coloring I wanted and the small section of white ink was very splotchy but I plan to get it retouched. The staff here is friendly. I had a navel and rook piercing done here by Kayli. She listened to what I wanted and worked with me. No issues with either piercing. This shop is clean. My only complaint: They do not make appointments for piercings so I had to wait for her to finish someone's tattoo- long wait, but worth it.
