Malarkey was established in the spring of 2019. Owner SHon and family built the shop from the floor up with every detail chosen to represent their commitment to the community and the creative aspects behind their work. When you come to Malarkey Tattoo you aren't just getting "tattooed" or "pierced, " you're becoming a part of a community and a family.

Got my first tattoo from Justin today. He was very professional, clean, on time and great throughout the entire process from the appointment booking all the way to the after care instructions. The tattoo is still healing but I’m obsessed with it and it’s exactly what I wanted. He was great to work with, listened to my vision and delivered. I will definitely be going back to him if / when I get #2. Thanks!

My son has gotten 2 tattoos (1 piece, 18yr old working on a sleeve) done by Jimmi who's been doing tatts for a long time. My son knew what he a cross the 1st time, explained it to Jimmi who made me wanna get more ink. He went again for the next phase not quite sure what he wanted to add... after a 4-6 min conversion Jimmi was firing up the machine, he honestly already had an idea in place after we left from the 1st one. True professional who truly loves what he does and does it incredibly well. My son won't go to anyone else but Jimmi... Why would he, if you want ink that's done by a professional

I got my nose pierced here today by Jess & she was amazinggg, every one was so nice but she was extremely patient, answered all my questions, explained everything down to the type of jewelry & the differences. I had a piercing scar from a previous piercing from somewhere else but she assured me everything was fine. I’d recommend this place to any one!! I’ll definitely be back when ever I want my nose ring changed!

Amazing customer service super duper friendly people who take there job seriously! This place is super clean and you can tell the owners take wonderful care of the shop. I always go to Asa Collings, she is wonderful to work with. Always listen to you and really nails the designs. I have several tattoos from her and each one is exactly what I expected and wanted. She’s great in design and tattooing, she has a steady hand and the lines and colors come out crisp. Definitely worth the trip every time. Would recommend highly, even if you’re not local it’s worth a trip.

I have been to a few places to get tattooed and pierced and Malarkey is by far the top of all the shops I’ve visited. SHon has tattooed me twice and Asa once. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted and assisted immediately. The waiting area is very clean, welcoming and organized. In addition, the booths are also very clean and professional.
When SHon tattooed me, I gave him a reference picture and he worked with me to make it a reality. He explained any changes that had to be made and reassured that I was okay with the adjustments. He was very laid back, social, professional and informative
