Robert West is a native of the Pacific Northwest, and attended the University of Washington, earning bachelor degrees in economics and biology, and a masters degree in economics. Robert West began his professional practice in 1975, when he joined the respected law firm of Hawkins & Ingalls, founded in 1958.

I am so dissappointed in the service from this law firm. I went in to see if i needed legsl services. I let them know that i didnt have money and i was just trying to see if i needed services so i could figure out the money later, if it was needed. The cost/ price/ rate was never discussed. My time with the lawyer took less than a half hour in which it was deemed i did not need legal services at this time. I was utterly and completely shocked and dissappointed when a week later i recieved a bill for $380. I went in the next day to infom them that i did not appreciate their shady oractice of not
