March 2021: Just had an appointment in their new office in Creekstone Center. Very big improvement over their old office but their service remains first rate. Outstanding support staff and caring, professional Optometrists. I've been to others in Dover in years past, but me and Mrs Pappybob are very happy with Dr Riemann and have been since she first started practicing with Dr Sterling years ago.

Dr Riemann is an excellent provider for myself and my son. She treats each person herself; unlike other local practices where you see them for 2 minutes tops. She has an excellent bedside manner with both adults and children and is very thorough. My son was not excited to get glasses at first; but he was smiling by the time we left; thanks to the staff encouraging him and helping him see how good it feels to see well. They were patient and handled the billing perfectly as well!

I use to go to Halpern where I had to wait 30-45 min to see the doctor. I switched to Dr. Sterling office and love it. Easy to book apt. and i wait on average 5 min to see the doctor. I don't feel rushed and the doctors always take the time to talk to me, weather its about medical or about a random topic. You really get that one on one attention which I love.

Do not recommend at all. The quality of service is poor. The office is VERY small. Worked there for a few short months and everything was a little too easy to learn.... there's a reason why cause it's a cheap exam and cheap glasses. They had paper charts when I was there for heavens sake. Go to My Eye Dr. I worked for them for 4 years and they know what they're doing! Dr Sterlings office didnt treat me as an adult and they don't believe in "family first". Sad to say but I'm thankful I left when I did because I found a workplace that cares and treats me right.

I have been going to Dr. Sterling since I was about 14. I love him! He is very nice and talkative. Now that I have a little boy that we suspected was having trouble seeing we took him there. He had just turned 7 and was terrified and crying uncontrollably. Dr. Sterlings new partner came in and started talking to him and found out he likes baseball. She apparently is also a fan. She started talking baseball to him and before he even realized it he was participating in the eye exam. Anyone else would have told us they couldn't help us the way he was reacting. Anyone that is willing to take the time
