At Our Offices, Our Doctors and our entire optometry team are committed to providing advanced vision care in a professional and comfortable environment. As an optometrist, our primary eye care service includes a complete eye exam that analyzes eye health and vision function. In addition to eye exams and vision testing, Doctors and our team of optometry professionals provide testing for glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration.
At Our Offices, we strive to meet all of your eye and vision care needs. Corrective lens evaluations and prescription management are provided by our optometrists. After a comprehensive eye and vision evaluation, Our Doctors will discuss the variety of contact lens options with you to select the type that best fits your vision needs and lifestyle.
Squinting at computer, tablet, or mobile screens for hours at a time is a normal part of our lives in the 21st century. Unfortunately, eye problems associated with this activity are also on the rise. Even if you have never had eye problems before, you may have noticed computer vision syndrome symptoms after two or more hours of screen time.
At Our Offices, we strive to provide comprehensive, primary eye care for the whole family. Preventative and routine eye exams are important to maintaining good eye health. Often, eye and vision problems do not have obvious symptoms or signs, but are easily diagnosed by a licensed optometrist. By diagnosing eye and vision conditions early on, our optometrist is able provide treatment options and in many cases restore or prevent vision loss.

The most unprofessional, incompetent people I’ve ever dealt with! I gave 1 star because they do good eye exams, but when it comes to picking frames and contacts every person you speak to has a different answer to the same question. And please don’t leave a message because they NEVER return your call! I’ve dealt with them for 3 yrs at both locations. One is bad the other worse, from employees all the way up to management. Me and my family are done with them! I can’t anymore!

My family have been patients here for 5 years. Qiana is their saving grace. I usually have an appointment. When I went on Wednesday I didn't. I stood at the desk and 2 ladies ignored me. Qiana came out and immediately asked what I needed. She explained that they were busy but she took care of us. From start to finish, 20 minutes. I am very grateful to her, however, I will be leaving this practice. Everyone should care. Not just 1 person.

The Doctor who examined my eyes was good however everyone else was pushy and wanted to give me what they wanted to give me not what I wanted. Somehow I walked out of there with bifocals that I didn't like and all I wanted was a simple eye exam to tell me the status of what my eyes are. The over-the-counter readers that I have are fine. They must make money on how many glasses they can sell in a day. Looking to get a refund on the glasses. I will not be returning there.

Worst experience ever while trying to get a pair of glasses made at this location. It all began nicely at the front desk with the 2 ladies help lookup my insurance but then was switched to a gentleman to look at glasses and it went downhill from there.
First - the setup is weird. The glasses are under lock and key; so someone hovers near you; giving you no privacy (while you are making your choices).
Second - i don't remember the gentleman's name but this guy needs to learn to trust what other people are trying to convey. There are times when others might be right. So know your facts before speaking

I had called around looking for an eye doctor. I needed new glasses. Everyone was polite and helpful. I arrived a bit early and they moved me right in to see the doctor. The whole process took no more than 15 minutes. They took my insurance, gave me options for glasses. Although I did not make a decision right away. I would recommend this eye doctor in Middletown.
