Bodega Shipping Company bring reliable shipping, pick-up, and secure storage services to Napa Valley. We came together to bring the wine industry a reliable and personalized shipping company. We believe shipping should be a simple task for wineries. From our temperature controlled shipping options, to our fulfillment services, and valued customer service, your experience will be worth remembering.

Good way of getting your bottles boxed professionally and shipped safely. After a few days in Napa I was FEARING the cost this place might charge to ship our wine home, but to my surprise they were amazing.

Kelsea and Tony Aguilera, husband and wife duo, began their journey together when they first met in high school here in the heart of the Napa Valley. Their passion for community, family, and creating connection through good wine, have guided them to Bodega Shipping Co., which has been family owned since 2014.
We offer personal accounts for customers that want to pay for their shipping and have wineries automatically provide us the wines. We also offer accounts for wineries that want shipments charged to their accounts for a more streamlined process. We do advise you let the winery know you are setting up an account with us so the winery knows to release future orders to us.
For this zone we recommend shipping 2 day with ice or use UPS summer solutions, if applicable. For rates or more information email info@bodegashippingco.com. Orders must be submitted to Bodega on Monday by 12pm for the shipment to ship the same week. Fedex will pick up from us Thursday of each week and will be consolidated at a temp control warehouse in Napa.
If you have recurring shipments, create a personal account to make quick future shipments. Each time you place an order or a wine club is processed the winery will send us your order for us to then package and ship your order using your account information. We do advise you let the winery know you will be using us as your preferred shipping company.

I generally bring my business to the little guy. I came in with 2 boxes to be sent out via Fedex with clear instructions. I reiterated twice that there must be "no signature required", as one box was going to a rural area, to a handicapped individual, who needed the box left for pickup by caretaker. No Alcohol was being shipped. I tracked and saw that there was "adult signature required" . I called them to adjust the label. The Man who answered said he would call FedEx, try to fix it, and call me back. I never received a return call. Poor customer service. These "little" mistakes are not what one

Called on a tuesday for pickup that day or next for an arrival date of friday at destination. Was told no guarantee as they were just to busy. Poor customer service....sad as I've used them since they first opened up. Guess you can out grow your customers.

Absolutely, bar none, the best shipping company in the St. Helena, Sonoma and NAPA area. My experience was with the St. Helena location owned by Tony Aguilera and family. The location is perfect if you don't want to haul your wine all the way back to NAPA, or maybe want to purchase bottles in NAPA, then St. Helena area and finish in Sonoma.
I entered the St. Helena location and was met by Remi (Tony's brother). Super nice dude. He walked me thru the process, showed me a shipper and answered all questions. We then headed out to purchase 12 bottles of great wine. Once secured, we headed back to
