Used mainly for fragile, heavy or high value goods. This is the most secure form of packaging. We manufacture a custom wood pallet base, foam interior, 1x4 or 2x4 wood frame, 3/8 wood exterior and label it appropriately. Used mainly for semi-fragile items and high value goods. This is a less expensive alternative to the full wooden crate.
Here is a large oil on canvas. The painting is wrapped in 1/8 polyethene rolled foam and the inside of the crate is lined with a polyethelene foam for the interior padding. These are very durable for transit within the USA or for International shipping. Here is a pallet of boxes that have been palletized, wrapped, strapped with polyethelene strapping and boxed.

This is a terrible company, terrible customer service. I contracted with them to pick up and blanket wrap a 8' long fiberglass darkroom sink -- I paid for a two-man pickup, blanket-wrapping, and a two-man delivery, plus I bought the insurance for full replacement value. Wrapit Express sub-contracted to a second company, STI Trucking. STI only got the sink to our region of Northern California -- then Wrapit Express hired another company, Rushour Delivery, to pick it up from STI and deliver it to us. The sink not only arrived 2 weeks past when Wrapit Express told me it would, it only arrived
