This transaction involved the acquisition of a multi-tenant office/warehouse property known as Divend Drive. The transaction involved the sale of two high image multi-tenant developments known as Hadley Business Campus and Englewood Centre. Pamela L. Bertovich along with Cushman & Wakefield of Washington, represented Strayer University of Virginia in the site selection of two locations in Northeast Ohio.
