Came in on a Sunday morning and was helped by Om. Didn't have to wait at all. She is so gentle and skilled! I am so happy with my brows. Found my new eyebrow place in this area.

Do not go to chair #4 !
I went in asking for a clean up, and she literally left my eyebrows so far apart and thin. I usually am pretty open to going to any chair because I just ask for a clean up but she just did what she wanted and when she showed me and I told her why did she leave my eye brows so far apart she said oh sorry I messed up the first one there nothing i can do now. Another worker tried to fix it with Tint but there was nothing to do. This is not ok, I will now have to grow my eye brows out and fill in everyday because she left such a huge gap in between my eyebrows.

Fast service that accepts walk ins and very reasonably priced! Definitely would go back!

I love Roop Threading Salon!! I became a regular here for almost a year now. OM has been doing my eyebrows ever since and I NEVER once left disappointed. She always left my eyebrows looking very clean and nicely shaped. She takes her time and does not rush to do your brows even when she has customers waiting for her. The waiting is not even that bad at all and she's definitely worth waiting for!!!

TRUST ME! I would never let anyone just touch my eyebrows.... oh!!!! I also started making my boyfriend go with me and now he also gets his brows done from OM and he loves it as well!!!

It's been such a strange time during COVID, but this stands up to the guidelines and more. I came on a Saturday evening, and it was perfect timing. Number 3, good ol faithful, was there. Everyone was social distanced. I felt really comfortable!

Don't know why I hesitated so much! I'll definitely be back to visit to get my pampering done.

PS! Prices have increased a couple of dollars but it's all worth it.

Great experience! Very clean place, 6 ft apart and sanitizing.. Friendly ladies. Went in to get a Brazilian wax. I must say, her technique was on point, it barely hurt! She knows what she's doing. She's good. Did an amazing job and A+++ for efficiency! Quick and almost painless. Highly recommend!

This place needs a lesson in Sanitary during Covaid 19. 1st the lady did not wash her hands before touching my daughter eyebrows to be threaded and died. They do not use gloves. She put Vaseline or something on her bare skin wrist and continued to use a q-tip to dab whatever was on her wrist onto my daughters eyebrows. DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY. I will never come back here. How do I know she didn't use her wrist to wipe her nose or sneeze onto her hand/wrist.

I really like this place; it's a bit pricier than other places but I am always really happy with my brows. I feel like they could stand out more if they were a little friendlier as far as customer service but overall, a great place to go. Would recommend to others and they have a stamp card system!

First things first Roop Threading Salon advertises Brazilian waxes for $35. And it was my first time getting a wax with them. At the end they told me my total was $35 even though I had their $5 off coupon. So instead of tipping the waxer $10 which was what she was going to get she got $5. During the actual wax experience she made me hold my own skin tight. The waxer kept blowing on the wax cuz it was really hot and even burned a piece of my skin. At the end of the wax my skin looked irritated and red. Ive never had such a bad wax experience.Overall not a professional place and will not be returning

I haven't gotten my brows done in a long time and I usually do them myself. I wanted them to look extra good for my birthday vacation. I work across the street so I grew my eyebrows out for over a week with plans on visiting this salon when I was ready to get them done. I came here for the first time and saw chair number 2 and she did such a great job maintaining my shape and cleaned them up really well in a short amount of time. I love them a lot and am very happy with her work.

This was my go to since they had opened and I worked just doors away. Well after this past Thursday November 7... NEVER AGAIN! I used to go to #3 and she was great! She left so I gave #5 a shot and she proved to be just as good too, but she has been on an indefinite vacation for a long time now. The person working that chair was ok until she trimmed my inner eyebrow, so on this last trip I went with #4. She was slower than molasses and still didn't do a good job! The only thing she listened to was me telling not to trim my inner eyebrow. I will be going back to Zibas even it is a bit of a

Add me to the list of people who miss Tiva (#3) - she was the best. I gave another person a chance, chair #4 - never again. She was rude and left my brows really uneven. At that point I didn't have the confidence in her to fix them On top of being rude she also didn't listen.

Nice and clean place. Friendly people. I go here when I'm in town and need to clean up my brows. They do a good job and don't go too thin or shaped (for guys). Been here about three times; I know I'll be back bc it's convenient and consistently good.

Chair 4 is who I see! I love this place for my eyebrows. It's very relaxing, and she does an excellent job. I pass by many places in order to stop at Roop! Highly recommend.

Tiva is my girl! She leaves my brows on fleek. No one else does my eyebrows but her. I recommend her.

I came in to get eyelash extension and I was told to make an appointment and then told they do eyelash ! Unacceptable

I used to love coming here. It was the only place I would get my brows done for years. But after Om (#3 I believe) left it really went bad. Gave another person a chance (#2 I think) and she really messed up my eyebrows. My brows used to be full and long and wonderful but after she finished, they were significantly shorter and in some areas splotchy.
I felt her take off an entire bottom layer from my left brow as well as cut the inner parts of my eyebrows as well as the ends and I immediately knew I wouldn't be back. From the image below, you can tell the areas which she cut as well as the
