OC Waxing started in 2008 when Founder and Licensed Aesthetician, Carolyn S. noticed that Orange County was in dire need of a sanitary, upscale, comfortable salon that specializes in waxing. Her goal was to create a salon that provided waxing as the TOP service, and to offer in depth education about hair growth and hair removal.

Services
Each service we provide is conducted in a clean, comfortable and private room by one of our amazing expert Waxologists. Our goal in every service is to offer you the best waxing experience possible, in a safe and comfortable environment. The Classic bikini removes the hair on your bikini line; anything that grows past your hip line, or underwear line, will be waxed.
Our Smooth Packs allow our clients to purchase a package of 7 of any single service and pay for the price of 6. No expiration and you can use them at any OC Waxing location. Did you love us? Well, tell your friends! Our "Baldy Buddy" referral system gives you $20 straight onto your account with us for each of your friends you refer.
We require 24 hours notice for canceling appointments. We ask this so we may open up your time-slot to another waxing client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment. No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the total services booked. Your scheduled appointment is booked for you and only you!
An educated client is a happy client. Don't be embarrassed to ask something, this is our obsession and we wanna make you love and understand waxing as much as we do. There is so much that goes into a successful service, and we want to educate you as a part of our family so we can all enjoy the waxing lifestyle together!
Getting waxed for the first time can be pretty intimidating, but please let us reassure you that you are coming to the right place and we will take great care of you! Take it at least 20 minutes beforehand may help dull your pain receptors (as long as it's not contraindicated by your doctor). The day of your waxing, limit your caffeine intake as it can stimulate the nervous system which can make you more sensitive and red.

OC Waxing is my to go place for waxing! The waxers are super nice and the girls that answer the phone calls are always attentive to your needs. Overall customer service is really great and they make you feel welcomed.
I love the fact that they send you reminders through text messages. They also do send 2 text message confirmations. Just be sure to at least confirm by the second text message if you didn't on the first or your appointment will be canceled (makes sense since it is a spot that could be filled by someone else and it is a waxer's earning being lost at that time). They don't charge you

I am a semi-regular visitor and usually I am satisfied but this past visit was pretty bad. I guess I should have done a self-examination before leaving. Significant amount of hair missed entirely by Summer, my waxologist. Was kept waiting also - this after their strict "you must be on time or else" policy. No plans to return.

I had been coming here frequently up until I moved. I moved back to the area and came back to OC wax for my brow wax. Rachael helped me for the first time and created a big gap in the middle of my eyebrows. I was devastated, I reached out to the owner to ask for Revita Brow or some kind of credit. The manage offered for me to come back in to fix it, but how do you fix missing hair? I sent her photos etc. The owner reached out and was told that was how my brows should look and that she found me on social media to investigate my brows. Long story short, I would't recommend this place to anyone.

First time client decided to walk away. I definitely do not feel comfortable giving this establishment my debit card information to receive a Brazilian wax. Firstly, it's a 15 minute appointment. Secondly, this policy is something that should be done after first service. Why would I give my info to an establishment I've never visited before. It's customary with other salon/spas to imply these kinds of policies AFTER an initial visit. Would not recommend or visit here due to this flawed policy.
