Watch out. Just purchased a home and needed an estimate to get the chimney fixed. Charged $200 dollars to come out and all they did was clean it "never asked for the chimney to be cleaned". Followed up a week later looking for an estimate and they wanted to charge another $200 to come back before they could give me an estimate.... So thats $400 just to get a estimate. Save yourself time and money and just go somewhere else. Reading the reviews now and it seems like they do this alot.

Really disappointed. Tech was here 10minutes. Did not go on the roof to inspect the chimney. He came in to be paid. I asked him about that and he said he looked from the backyard. My wife called the office and he returned and went on the roof. He never came back in to tell us anything. We paid a lot of money for this. Very disappointed. They have been a good company to work with on the past But maybe not anymore.

We Recently had the good fortune to have a Jotul Direct Vent fireplace insert installed in our home. E & E, inspected prior to install and installed the system completely within a few hours. The Installation crew, led by Shawn, were clean and extremely knowledgeable about the product and the township requirements. He gave us a detailed demonstration of all the features when the install was complete. A very professional organization. I would highly recommended them to anyone looking to upgrade or service their fireplace. E & E Exceeded our expectations!

Today E & E came to my home in Bristol and repaired my gas fireplace! The service was top-notch! The repair was made promptly after they received the needed parts. Personal attention was given over the phone by the owner, Mike E. I give them 5 stars but wish 10 was possible! Highly recommend E & E Chimney Sweeps, Inc!

Terrible experience they came to clean our wood burning fireplace Chimney after cleaning they closed the flume which was open when they got here never told us they had closed it.
Lit our first fire of the season smoke all through our house Terrible for our pets, called the next day spoke to the owner called Mike blamed me for it, no apology talks over you as I was trying to explain a real nasty piece of work.
Am going to report this to lower bucks better business bureau, will never ever use this company he is a disgrace

Highly recommend!! We just moved into a new house and had them come out to sweep the fire place. When they arrived they said that it had not been used and there was no need to sweep it. They spent about 20 mins with us going over the details of our fireplace showing us how to use it. And then refused to charge us anything because they said no work was necessary! Harry was wonderful and informative. Will definitely be using them for all of my fireplace needs in the future.

We paid E&E over $14,000 to remove a fireplace and replace it with a wood stove and new stone hearth/surround. In the store we were shown a finished hearth with sealed stone and professional edging. Our hearth pad is right next to the steps and I repeated stressed the importance of having the hearth pad have some kind of angled or rounded molding to blunt the tripping hazard. What we got was cheap, off-the-shelf half-inch quarter round, nothing like the ones we we shown in store, and this doesn’t blunt the edge at all (see photos).

We hired E&E to do a chimney sweep for our wood burning stove. They discovered a major issue with our fireplace and how it was installed. It's unfortunate that our new wood burning stove is basically a fire hazard that was not installed up to code, but we are grateful that E&E discovered the issue. We ended up getting an inspection through them, and they did not charge us for the original chimney sweep. Thank you to the owner and the inspector for guiding us through our options moving forward. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. I highly recommend them!

Reliable, quickly rectified issue and fairly priced for work done. It was just unfortunate that when you go to sell your home and need a chimney inspection then find out the township (Middletown Twp, PA) changed the code of our chimney insert from 5" which what it was to 6". Unfortunate because it was still in good condition, but in order to sell home needed to be changed.

We just had a gas fireplace installed. We did not have a fireplace at all, so E and E had to do the construction work as well as install the fireplace, and do the finish work. We could not be happier with the process and the results. They were right on schedule, and professional from start to finish. The contractors who work with E and E, Tretter and Sons, were skilled and meticulous in their work. The fireplace looks beautiful; the marble and mantle surrounds were installed perfectly. They wired and set up our TV over the mantle, so it was a complete job. The cleanup was excellent, leaving everything

My wife and I purchased an Harman 52i insert the other day from E&E. The sales folk took their time explaining the different options that we had and there was no pressure at all to purchase. The day of install the two gentlemen showed up on time, acted in a very professional manner, installed quickly, cleanly and without any issues. We are both extremely happy with the entire transaction and the stove we purchased.

Used them when 1st moved into house, previous owner had illegal fireplace insert and they removed it, re-lined the chimney, put a futurist lid on it ( controled from inside ) and was just a pleasure to deal with, if you need work done , these folks are honest, reasonibly priced and done once , done right
