Boulder OMS is open Monday - Thursday from 8 am until 5 pm and Friday from 7 am until 12 pm. We do our best to schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you are experiencing pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you the same day. We try our best to stay on schedule and minimize your waiting.
Your initial appointment in one of our San Diego offices will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options with one of our surgeons. Occasionally, surgery can be performed on the same day as your consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
In addition to accepting most PPO dental insurance plans, we offer two additional financing options. If you are using insurance please provide the necessary information when you make your appointment. Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment.

Worst experience ever. Came for a consultation; appointment time was 2.30 (scheduled my whole day around, which is not easy with a full time job and three children under 6). After waiting for 20 minutes, I politely inquired about the status at which point I was informed it would be a while and was offered to reschedule (like - what???) Complete and blatant disregard for other people's time. I'm glad I left and will not be coming back - look at their Yelp reviews, too.

These folks are simply amazing. I have put off getting my wisdom teeth removed for over 30 years. They used an injection that numbs the extraction site for 3 days. I never had any pain following the extraction at ALL. Very minor bleeding! I was in and out in an hour ! They didn't make me feel bad for being scared and helped me along. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Two of my daughters have gone to this office, and between the two they have had four procedures. Dr. Lin was the one who performed the procedures. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He answered all my questions and concerns and was very warm with my girls. He completely put them at ease, especially my youngest who has a fear of anything dentist related.
We also saw Dr. Gramins for follow up and he was very helpful. We will continue to use this team. We really loved everyone there. The staff is vey kind and helpful and overall it was a very great experience.

I’ve had two different needs to visit Dr Lin and his staff. Both were incredible experiences. I was treated well from initial contact, to entering the office, through the final appointment. I highly recommend them and would use them again if needed - although I hope I never need another unplanned implant.

I had a tooth procedure done by Dr. Lin yesterday. He was gentle and quick, no discomforts and pain. He was great. Rachel, the assistant was very helpful and kind. Laura, Kaye and Alyssa greeted me with their friendly smiles, very accommodating. Their office location is so convenient with parking. I would highly recommend Boulder OMS to all if you want to experience satisfaction because it’s guaranteed.

Great experience from start to finish! I needed an extremely painful tooth pulled and the oral surgery group I usually go to was not accommodating and wanted me to wait almost a month to schedule the extraction. I contacted my dentist who contacted Boulder OMS and they got me in immediately. I was able to complete all my paperwork via email, and the front office staff is excellent and very professional. When I arrived, there was only a few minutes waiting period before I was called back. The Dental assisting staff was wonderful and efficient. Dr. Lin came in and explained everything to me and answered
