The gentleman who picked up my Tesla on two separate occasions was extremely professional, courteous and very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about taking care of my car for the tow. He was very patient especially when my alarm kept going off lol

5 Stars is being modest. They get a 10 out of 5. I had a old tractor that needed to be towed from the northeast Pa to Richmond.
It was a miserable experience finding a tow company to do it, until I called Jinks Towing.
I wished I would have called them sooner.
They are experienced, professional, not afraid to work, and have very competitive rates.
I highly recommend anyone to not hesitate to call them if you need a tow. They will be straight with you and help you the best they can to get you rolling.
I will make sure I spread the good word for this company.

On time, professional, towing solutions provider. I had a tricky situation, getting my ‘06 997 out of a tight garage. Battery was completely dead, wheel locked and very little room to maneuver. Got the job done flawlessly. While I hope to not have to need towing services again, I will go back to Jinks for any future needs.

Jinks Towing has helped us out twice now— very prompt and professional when answering your (of course, you are stranded-distressed) call. They come and are there as quickly as they say they will get there-which is very helpful! They have the means to tow anything and tonight it was our 8,000lb Excursion. Thank you SO MUCH Mr. Jinks!!
