I just bought some cupcakes @ Twist Cupcakery and oh my are they not only fresh, they were moist and totally delish! The icing was light, fluffy, and perfectly complimented the cupcakes. Twist is now my go-to bakery when I want quality sweet treats.

We had the best time with my daughter and her two friends at Twist Cupcakery! The cupcakes were moist and delicious and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming! We will be back again! 💗 💗

I ordered a baby shower cake with Twist Cupcakery, when I tell you the cake was beautiful and tasted so good. All my guest kept talking about how good the cake tasted. They went beyond my expectations and the staff was very professional and so nice. I'm defiantly making this my cake and cupcake home to do further business with them. I recommended them to anyone!

I had the BEST time at Twist Cupcakery during my bachelorette party. They made a beautiful ring cupcake cake, offered champagne to me and my bridesmaids, and offered a wonderful area to sit and chat for a few hours. Not to mention, the cupcakes were phenomenal.

Twist is exactly what downtown Dayton needs! Now that I've moved out of state, a friend ordered their Cupcakes in a jar for me to enjoy in SC!! They were moist and SO tasty! Kudos to the staff at Twist! They were a joy to work with coordinating a delivery of sweets to my Dayton cousin's 50th birthday bash. Certainly, my 2 dozen cupcakes is a smallish order, but I was treated as if I had ordered a 3 tier wedding creation. I only wish I did not live 5 hours North of this shop. The cupcakes and other desserts are always moist and fresh! This is my go to bakery and Kate never disappointments us! I attached a few of our custom cakes that she has designed for recent birthdays and she even made our wedding cake last year. Stop in for a twisted cupcake, Yolo brownie, or sweet potato caramel cake slice!

Friendly owner and good variety of cupcake and cake flavors each time I've been here. They have different cupcake and cake slices each day. Only open a few days a week. The Oreo peanut butter cupcake was really great. I look forward to seeing what they have available each time I come. Would like to see some mini cupcakes in the shop, but for now they do those on special orders.

Seeing that I didn't get my cake for my birthday celebration I heard about this little cupcake place right here in downtown Dayton called Twist Cupcakery . I was met by the owner (beautiful lady) and chose my two favorite flavors ...in cupcakes (vanilla & strawberry ) and I was Not disappointed. Probably one of downtown's best kept secret y'all. A long overdue review, back in November we a half dozen +3 cupcakes for my sisters birthday. We got all of the flavors that were on the counter that day, including the gluten free one.

These were heavenly. Super moist, very fresh, each flavor was great and tasted like what it was advertised as. I was told the gluten free one was also delicious, it was a Sundae and was gorgeous and they were very kind and packaged this one separately for us.

We also got the pineapple upside down cake which my sister had for breakfast the next morning and said it was tasty and flavorful.

Just got an assorted half dozen cupcakes from doordash and the cupcakes arrived perfect and very appetizing. All I can say is wow, they are delicious and probably the most delicious cupcakes I've ever had!

I came to Dayton for a business meeting and it was a colleague's birthday so I decided to order cupcakes for our lunch meeting. I was able to order the cupcakes through DoorDash. I ordered a dozen assorted flavors and they blew my clients away. The cupcake that was amazing was one that had a chocolate chip cookie in it. Absolutely great! I'm bummed I didn't take pics of it. Alexandra does amazing work! We absolutely love her cakes and cupcakes! We stop by all the time and I have ordered several special occasion cakes and cupcakes and most recently our wedding cake and cupcakes. Everything was perfect and tasted absolutely amazing. Alexandra is truly an artist and everything she makes is delicious! Everyone at our wedding raved about the cupcakes! You can't go wrong here, wether you're grabbing one of her daily flavors or ordering 300 cupcakes, the quality and value is unbeatable!

I had three dozen customized cupcakes done by Twist Cupcakery for my baby shower. Not only were they beautiful, perfectly priced, and absolutely delicious, but equally as important was their customer service. Top notch! They emailed me promptly and made sure all my questions and desires were answered! We got there about 1:15pm and it looked like they only had 2 cupcakes left...not two flavors but two actual cupcakes. Thankfully the cheerful woman came out and let us know that there were a few left in the back. We'd hoped to try the Reese's Cup but nope. So I got the classic vanilla and the sweet potato while the hubby got the classic chocolate and sweet potato.

Twist Cupcakery is an adorable, clean, and affordable cupcake business located in the heart of downtown Dayton, and if you're in the area and you don't stop by, you're definitely some kind of heathen.
The restaurant itself is located in a spacious refurbished row of warehouses, and the store is bright, inviting, orderly, and clean. Plenty of seating and room for parties (which they offer to host for!)
As for the baked goods? Absolutely incredible. With a constantly changing list of flavors for cupcakes, there's more than likely something for everyone. "Classic" cupcakes

I have two favorites from there, although all of the items are quite tasty. 1. The maple bacon cupcake and the sweet potato pound cake with caramel!!!! These are definitely a must when you visit this shop.
