On their first wedding anniversary in 1965, Dick and Marilynn Tuthill started this business in a 2-bay service station with a single tow truck. Today, we are still family run by three generations of the Tuthill family. Located on over three acres of land in Apple Valley, our 21,000 Square Foot repair facility includes 10 auto repair bays, 4 commercial truck repair bays and a state of the art dispatch center.

Our diesel truck repair shop services a variety of trucks and equipment, including tractors, trailers, straight trucks, buses, RV's, medium duty diesel pick-up trucks, and more.
With a diverse fleet of trucks, we are well-equipped to recover and tow nearly any vehicle or piece of equipment. Our dispatchers closely monitor all of our trucks and equipment to ensure you receive the highest level of service. We have equipped our dispatchers and drivers with the technology necessary to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
With our fleet of tractor trailers, tandem axle flatbeds, and heavy duty wreckers, we offer the service of transporting different construction equipment. Police Impounds: To release a vehicle, we need the registered owner, valid photo identification, proof of insurance, and the payment must be in cash. Vehicles may only be released to a different party with a notarized letter from the registered owner. Please call us to verify price and verify any other requirements needed by the police department before release.

Great service, towing, and repairs! They helped get my vehicle safely off the highway and have taken great care when towing it. When my car sadly needed some work they swiftly diagnosed it and repaired it for a very reasonable rate. I will be returning when I need my next oil change and the next unforeseeable, unfortunate, automotive event. Thank you for taking good care of me :)

Dick’s Valley Service has been my go to for all things automotive for almost 20 years. They have never failed me. From a simple tire repair to advice on my older model RV , they have been thorough and honest. When they could have made a large chunk of money on a major engine repair they advised it could wait safely until it HAD to be done. You don’t find a place like this around to much these days.
