Very bad appraisal service!!
they appraised our business property at $100,000 may 2017 for a bank loan. tried to get them to reappraise. said the appraisal stands. we even pulled up comparable properties ourselves for way more money than $100,000. we talked to another appraisal company that said they would have appraised it for more and they did back in 2010.
we sold the same business property to a person not getting a loan, just writing a check in september 2017 for $200,000. the person writing the check didn't even think twice about buying the property for $200,000.
