In 2005, we saw an opportunity. Communities were available that simply needed some tender loving care in terms of renovation and improved property management. We simultaneously brought in other like-minded investors while also building an experienced team to renovate, manage, market and maintain our communities.

We strategically acquire, diligently renovate and successfully manage our properties, with the goal of providing strong quarterly returns to our investors while our properties continue to grow in value. Our accredited investor base is made up of many investors who have been with us from the beginning and found a sponsor with an expertise in providing good on-going performance.
James Management Group provides full-service management support to investors and other property owners interested in maximizing the performance of their investments. I have worked for a few different leasing companies, none of which have made me feel as valued as JMG. With JMG, you feel at home, you feel like you have a second family. They are polite, respectful, friendly, & caring. They go above & beyond to make each employee & tenant feel valued & heard. They are constantly growing & striving to be the best each & every day. Critical: Responsiveness
Not a great place to live , the new owners James Management hiked eveyones rent far too high for the quality of living . Forget getting a maintenance request done . They do nothing and mark it completed .

We've been experiencing pretty severe plumbing problems for literally weeks and even though the problems have been made known, the correct fixes have not been taken so the problems persist. It's always an excuse as to why a permanent solution could be reached for things as important as leaking pipes and a toilet not flushing properly.. and now more recently, we are receiving an odd silence altogether from our apartment's office as well as the staff at James' office. The staff they speak of are unreliable at best, don't return calls, and they do NOT service maintenance requests properly, if at all

They are not very professional. I've had multiple issues of them not fixing things and trying to call corporate and you get the same people from the office you are trying to deal with. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
You "believ" that everything is okay, but they pretty much said they couldn't do anything about it and I had to pay even though I didn't receive notification. My other concerns are being there 3 years and for the last 2 years I have a window that needs fixed and it still needs attention

I was maintenance in Muncie Indiana at Walnut Manor before they bought the place and I left and stayed with my other company. Worst mistake I've ever made I should have stayed with the new owners.. I probably would have been more happier but that was my fault

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. They charged me for a whole apartment of carpet after I left even though only one small patch in one bedroom was damaged. They put my debts into collections without even sending me a bill first. They charged me fees for things they never stated they would charge me for. Never move here unless you want to pay over 1,000 upon move out. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had and would never recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Been a great place til the last 2 years then I referred someone and it's been 3 months and still ain't got my credit now they can't find who the people are on file after me and santana went in there together and said I referred him I'm so frustrated 😫

They manage and maintain several of my properties not just in Indianapolis but in several other area's, They have always been upfront with me and explained to me my options when problems have occurred with my tenants.
