Kids Country has been an extension of our family for the past 5 years. From the outstanding preschool curriculum to the nurturing environments that surround our kids on a daily basis. We are both whole-heartedly at ease knowing our kids are being taken care of by a staff who genuinely cares for their overall well-being.
We feel blessed to have found such a strong community to be a part of. I used to be a Kid's Country student and had some of the best times and memories there. We were always learning and doing new things. It was a nice place with wonderful teachers-nothing has changed. That's why, when I started looking for a daycare for my daughter Anna, I only had to look in one place!

Mary opened up Kids Country in Albrightsville. We then expanded to the Mt. Pocono area. From that time to today I have had the joy of watching children enrolled at Kids Country as infants and toddlers and see them grow into fine young adults.
Being the oldest of eight children and a mother of two I had quite a bit of childcare-giving experience before Kids Country but I have been truly blessed by this wonderful experience working with the children, parents and staff! It's what keeps me young. Biography: I am the Director at Kids Country.

Our son has been attending Kids Country for almost two years. We were first time parents of a premature little baby. We didn't have any family locally and needed help taking care of our most precious gift and Kids Country has been doing that for us, 1 month out of the NICU. He is currently in his second classroom at Kids Country and the teachers in both classrooms have been absolutely Amazing with him!!! Elijah is our world and we want the absolute best for him and the teachers have made us feel reassured that he will get the best experience there. The teachers are his mommy and daddy, when we

Kids Country has been an extension of our family for the past 8 years. My husband and I both work full-time (I am a secondary teacher), and having so many kids, our life is very busy at home. We need to be able to rely on a facility that not only takes great care of our kids’ needs, but also their educational development. While this seems to have waned in the past few years, staff is receptive to talking about concerns and making improvements.

When we moved to the poconos and we were in need of a daycare. We tried kids country. They were there for less than a week before we pulled them out. My children who were 3 and 5 at the time came home crying, filthy and hungry. My daughter is the happiest kid and was miserable when she came home. The "teachers" constantly yelled at the kids. The facility is filthy a nd overcrowded. This place should be shut down.

Have clients in this daycare and have tried to stop the staff from badmouthing each other, refusing to help a 2 year old drink from a glass when she asked for a glass of water (gave her a bottle and said it was fine), have LOST a couple of kids who disappeared and we had to search for them - the doors are open easily by the 2 year olds into the parking lot and street. Please, please don't put your children in here. Toddlers are ridiculed for having accidents, staff yells at the kids, quick turn over of staff - they are understaffed anyway, trying to save a buck.

Staff didn't have any basic knowledge of the proper care of an infant. My son was sick his first day of going there. He received a rash on his knees. Everytime I came to pick him up he only had a shirt on. The staff talks about the parents when they are not around. My daughter over heard them. And I found nail marks on my sons arm. I will be reporting them. They have no respect for the parents and there wishes they just care about money. Older children are fine. But if your child can not walk or talk DONOT go here! I demanded a full refund!!!! I am appalled and disgusted.

Best daycare in the area. Have been using the higher learning curriculum for 12 years, all employees are constantly getting accreditations in all areas of early childhood education such as autism awareness and how to identify a spectrum disorder. They screen all children this way twice a year. Also, if your child needs speech therapy they have one that comes on site so you don't have to take your child to two different locations. Children really blossom at this school which takes children from infancy to school age, but keeps them separated by age. Even in the outdoor play area everything is separate

They have wonderful hours that accommodate the needs of my family, and they take the time to answer any questions that I have. I like how everyone is hands on - even the owner. The staff is respectful and understanding, and timely. I would recommend to others. My child has been developing quite well at the center.
