As a physician assistant who has received specialized training in dermatology, Rachelle is licensed and qualified to perform a comprehensive dermatological examination.

I have been seeing Kelly for a little while now to have warts on my hands treated. She always squeezes me in because it's a quick, 5 minute treatment and I'm on my way. I am absolutely disgusted to learn that they charged me $175 for this FIVE MINUTE appointment. What's more... the same treatment, billed to my current insurance plan which is fortunately a much better plan, was adjusted down to just $55. If you have a high deductible plan or no insurance at all, beware. It's a disgrace the level of robbery to those who are not fortunate enough to have reasonable healthcare coverage. Needless to

Waited 6 months for this appointment. First there was a 175 charge for the visit, I specifically told the dermatologists Pan as well as Kelly that I had a ongoing issue which i believe required a skin biopsy. They both insisted it was psychological and that nothing was wrong. No examination and they were rude, Pans response was "Sometimes there just isn't a solution".

Great service and staff. I was running a half hour late to my appointment and called in advance to let them know I was going to be late. They kindly let me know I was going to be too late for an appointment. Instead of charging me for a missed appointment as I should have been, they quickly rescheduled me for a couple hours later in the day. Phenomenal customer service!

Horrible service. I requested a refill of my prescription on Monday. They told me they needed to see me to get the refill...I got an appointment with them on Friday. When I got the prescription on Friday all the pharmacies were out of the order until Monday so I had to wait another 4 days to refill my prescription. I begged the doctor's office to refill the prescription sooner because it was a special order and something a pharmacy doesn't typically have but they were so desperate to ensure they collected my visit before placing a refill. Had to wait 4 month for the first appointment for my mother. Dr. Pan wasn't at the office that day. Nurse practitioner, while being very nice, didn't seem experienced. Mom had a few skin tags which needed spraying. The result was not satisfactory. We returned to the office and tryed to get an appointment but were rudely turned away by the office staff. We saw Dr. Pan in the office but he was oblivion to the situation. What a shame!

Walked in with 3 pages filled out already that I got off the website as requested.
It would be nice if reception even said HELLO or WELCOME or HI or something...very cool.
Waited a long time for the Doctor, brought my records in with me so he could see them without looking on a scaned version....NEVER LOOKED at them. NEVER looked at ANY details I wrote on the 3 pages that included all the treatments I already had on my face so he was clueless what had been done already over several years.
He did a 1 minute body check?? TERRIBLE...never looked at my head, ears, top of feet etc...I have a history
