Staff is amazing! Great people. Dr. Finnin on the other hand is just not it. She doesn’t know anything about black hair and scalps. She told me to wash my hair daily with something not knowing black people cant do that. When I educated her on black people (she should already know) she looked at me confused and as if i were nasty. Then she, told me to use oil daily but she said she GUESSES I can leave it in without washing it out so much. Even ik oil can’t be on a scalp for days at a time. Also, the oil she prescribed me has peanut oil in it which im allergic to. It was my first visit. I told

They just care about the money. After I came out of the office, I wanted to ask sth about medicine . And they told me to wait for 10 mins. Waited. Doctor didn't show up, he nurse who knew nothing about the medicine started briefing about the medicine. Was telling me incorrect stuff, so I again asked her to call doctor instead, and she still went on about herself telling me about the medicine which was wrong description. They take your money. And neither give you correct info nor care. Let me know if anyone else wanna sue this place.

What a shame. Only reason we went with this group is they claimed to be in the military Tricare network. We provided ALL CORRECT TRICARE billing information three times (twice in person and once by phone) and they could still not seem to bill the correct insurance. When I was finally able to get an appointment for a skin cancer screening for myself- I arrived 45 minutes early and they still took me almost 40 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment only to have the MD spend approximately 4 minutes with me, tell me I had skin damage and to make another appointment in six months. He could not get me

I had a great experience at this office. Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with. I saw the stand in Dr Clemens? and he put my mind at ease over a suspicious mole. I like that he did not push medication on to me but suggested better food and nutrition for my other skin condition. I would highly recommend if you need to see a dermatologist in the area.

I had a terrible experience here. This was my first appointment and I saw the doctor for maybe a total of 5 minutes. The first question he asked was "How bad is it really? Do you really need to do anything about it?" about the skin irritation I have had for over 3 months. He didn't tell me what it was, he simply said, "we could give you a cream, but as soon as you stop using it, it will just come back."
He then started talking to me about a completely unrelated medical condition I have, which I see a specialist for. He literally told me, if I wanted to fix the problem (which he had zero background

They were able to fit me in on short notice. Which was good. Fill out 10 pages of forms with questions that have nothing to do with my issue and then stand in front of an office person and pretty much answer the same questions....and then go to the room and answer the same questions again. Super annoying. The fill in Dr. came off as condescending and flippant. He told me my condition and said I can Google it. No kidding - is there information on the internet. Overall poor experience leading me to not have any faith in his diagnosis.

After months of dealing with a giant skin lesion on my nose, Dr. Finnin was able to root cause the problem and since then has provided amazing care. She and her amazing staff are so welcoming and have felt like my biggest cheerleaders. Each visit doesn’t feel like visiting the doctors, instead it feels like seeing very supportive friends. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a local dermatologist in the area!

I was pretty concerned about a bump on my face and recently diagnosed with melanoma. I needed to be seen right away and found Christine via internet. The fact that she was a woman thrilled me even more. Being a new patient always takes 6 months the earliest. I explained my melanoma diagnosis to the woman at the front desk and this new bump on my face, they booked me within 3 weeks. Lovely woman. They showed compassion and made this a priority. Thank you for that.
Dr. Finin’s Nurse was very friendly, listened and documented all concerns. Her office and staff very personable, doctor listened too
