We've used a couple pool companies over the years and SmartWater Pools is by far the best in the area. Customer service is second to none... the owners call and/or text back right away; they are always solution-focused and provide cost effective alternatives to general repairs and maintenance; and just generally reliable and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Travis was able to repair my pool motor and ended up saving me hundreds!

Very dependable and all questions, etc. are answered immediately via text and you are able to grow a true, personal relationship with these guys based on their professionalism and class.

After using 5-6 other Pool Cleaning companies I finally found THE one! Always on time, they make my pool sparkle and on top of that, they are reasonably priced. Whenever I have a special request or a problem, they respond asap.... they make my summer more enjoyable.

Really don't like to leave a negative review but I feel it is entirely necessary. Travis came out to look at my pool heater last year - they said it couldn't be repaired & had to order a new one. They never followed up & the pool had no heat for 1/2 of the 2018 season. This year I called Monarch pools who came out & told me that the heater was fine but the pilot light was out...
Travis also quoted a charge of $55 for weekly maintence but then billed $70 because they don't tell you that you have to pay for the cost of chemicals.... When I questioned this I got an

I have used Travis and his partner for all my pool needs. Travis showed up when he said he would be at my house. He did all the work, we had spoke about to get my pool in working order for the season. He even went above and beyond to stop over several times during the week to check on things and make sure everything was running smooth and correctly. I would let no one else touch my pool in the future.

Had Travis come out to look at our pool heater. After trying a few things he decided he needed to order some parts. He told me he would be in touch when the parts arrived. Days passed, so my wife called to get an update. He said he got the parts and would come by the next day, and would let us know via text the exact time he would come. He never called, didn't text, and didn't respond to our texts. I then sent an email asking for a time and date he would be coming out. He never responded. Incredibly unprofessional to treat a client this way, going completely incommunicado.
