Westrock was great! They came to repair my old hot tub in a very timely manner and were able to find a part for it considering the hot tub is 14 years old. I would recommend them highly!!

First time I contacted Westrockpool was to inquire about their pools and about the process, including a site visit to see the options available according to my landscape. The person who answered was pretty cut and dry and said they don’t visit the sites but did not bother to explain exactly how then was one to choose the right pool or how to go about the process, especially since this was a first time experience. They were all very honest and was able to help me and spend minimal amounts of money every time I walked in. You have a customer for life, thank you all for your help. I have been in the swimming/pool industry for over 15 years. We’ve probably tried every service company in Rockland from the small mom and pop one man shows to large franchises. Every single one has let us down. Either they were unreliable, uncommunicative, or didn’t know what they were talking about. Some of them charged us for unnecessary repairs and some of them just refused to accommodate our schedule. Westrock has been a pleasure to deal with. I want to personally thank Andy and his team of professionals at Westrock. We’ve been a customer of Westrock for about a decade. They also helped us remodel our pool a few years ago. Our pool heater recently broke and it was just outside of warranty. Westrock replaced the heater at no cost to us. If that’s not outstanding top-shelf customer service, then I don’t know what is. We let Westrock take care of our pool and all we have to do is swim. Thank you Westrock. You are the best!

Unfortunately we made this huge purchase before reading the reviews. SHAME on us! A horrible experience from Start to finish. Everyone I have now involved finishing my pool project wished they met me sooner to warn me of this company. I was told if I get maybe 10 years out of my pool I'm lucky bc of the horrible installation. Giving one star only bc I can't post a review without it.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! A few months back my husband and I went in to hopefully purchase an above ground pool. Adam listened to our needs and recommended the right pool for our space. The price was reasonable and Adam worked to give us a discount since Dan is a city employee. We were told it would be a few weeks to get the pool and then they would recommend some installers. When we were leaving they even let us pick out ANY float we wanted. SO AWESOME!!! Our pool came in and they delivered our pool the next day.

We have owned a hot tub through Westrock Pool & Spa for 3 years. Throughout the 3 years we have had 2-3 issues with the hot tub and every time we try to get it serviced there are long delays in getting a repairman to the house and even longer waits for the parts.
The latest issue began January 2, 2021 when the heater pump stopped working. We called immediately and had a repairman at the house January 17th. We were told it would need to be replaced and it would take approximately two weeks to get the parts and schedule an installation. Today is MArch 26th and still no part? We’ve spoken to the

I had a very good experience with Adam and Westrock. I purchased an above ground pool and had Pyramid install with no issues. I had to return my heater and they took it back. Overall a very good experience during a very busy time.

Very hard working and talented team with hands on owners. I did a lot of research before going with Westrock and they blew away the competition in every category! My neighbor already purchased a pool from them as soon as he saw their quality and how fast they work. A+ guys.

I have been a retail customer there for 30 years. Recently shopped there and gave them my charge card number over the phone for a curbside pick up.
2 days after being charged another charge for $512 was put on my account. I have called Westrock 5 times and sent an email. They have never called me back, they have not yet credited my account. They have been rude. I would not recommend them any longer. Shop somewhere else.

Westrock pool just put in a pool in for us. The entire team was excellent . Andy,Bobby , Adam and Joan. From beginning to end they were with us all the way.Just like any construction project problems and issues pop up. The minute we had an issue Andy and Adam immediately would email and call me back. The problem got resolved fast. Joan was fantastic with her knowledge of state requirements we needed to get all of our approvals quickly. The job was done on time and a in a neatly manner. Zero stars an option? No? That's unfortunate. These scumbags should be shut down. Rude, nasty & prejudice. They don't deserve anyone's business.

One star is one star too many for this place. Their customer service is horrible! The service manager is rude beyond belief and never returns a phone call. We bought a top of the line hot tub from them and it has been terrible trying to chase them down for repairs. We actually had to contact the hot tub manufacturer and get them to agree to let someone else service us. The service people that did finally come out were knowledgeable and very friendly. But it was way too much work and aggravation to get to that point. Save yourself some trouble and give your business to someone that deserves it.

After going to a different pool supply store with little to no help I stopped by Westrock. Initially looking how to set up a hot tub inherited when we purchased a piece of property, we left knowing more than expected. The workers there are incredibly knowledgeable and go above and beyond. I left feeling thankful and confident as a new hot tub owner.

This review has to do with service only, some of the previous reviews state no return calls and that is very true. Kenny, who used to be the service person and was great, has left and they have someone new.

They opened my pool last Wednesday, in the past they would return in about 2 days to do the original vacuum.
