Ensure necessary action is taken and/or documentation is prepared to clear title issues prior to settlement. A lender's policy is usually required by the lender; a lender's policy only protects the lender's financial interest in the property. The purchaser typically pays for a lender's title insurance policy.

Before ownership can be transferred, steps must be taken to ensure the appropriate documents and affidavits are prepared, the Closing Disclosure settlement statement is complete and accurate, funds are collected, all documents are signed and notarized, the pertinent documents are recorded, and funds are disbursed appropriately.This is where we come in - we are here to do the hard part and walk you through the process!

We did Constraction loan and bought land and did all paperwork through them. They are Amazing! I’ll never even think of going anywhere else. They do quality papers, always finish their job. Kelly is very responsible person, so is Becky. Always call back and explain everything we need. We’re so glad we found them!

This company gave the keys to the house we were selling before giving us the proceeds from the sale (By over 24 hours). They are very slow to wire the money from the sale and have terrible customer service. They said we were lucky to have it at that point because they can take as long as 48 hours to disburse money. This caused undue stress for the closing we had on the house we were buying.
