Mr Moon (owner?) quoted me a $2000+ WiFi install. We put down $1000 deposit. Tech came, and within one hour we determined that the project was not feasible as quoted. We called Mr Moon on-the-spot to notify that we needed to cancel the project. He said 'no worries, we will just charge time/materials and refund you the difference from your deposit'. Since then, I have not received refund. I have called and emailed Mr Moon multiple times. I have spoken to him and an employee of his, and it is clear that they are intentionally avoiding the refund ("we will look into it and get back

This company came highly recommended on neighborhood network. The technician was great on the phone and asked me to send a photo of our television and devices connected to us, which I did.
He returned my email right away and I was very pleased - and he said he'd get back in touch soon. I didn't hear from him for 5 days, so I sent a second email asking what the status of the project is. It's been 3 days since that email and still no communication back from them.
Needless to say, I'm now moving on to find a more reliable company.

I have a high-end audio-visual system and I was looking for a reputable company to update TV components and reprogram all components. I'm a retired government employee and I evaluate people very closely when I have dealings with them. Justin at Innovation Technologies did an awesome job switching out a TV that was previously mounted and installing my new TV. He was not only prompt, but he called to see if he could arrive earlier than the scheduled time, which freed up the rest of my morning!!!

Best customer service ever! Got a package deal with speaker and TV installation. They where super fast and customer service was excellent and their work was amazing. I spoke with Mr. Moon and he was very knowledgeable with what he sold me. He quoted me a price and that's what I ended up paying and no surprises. I will definitely recommend them to everyone!

These guys were double in price but was sold on their professionalism and work. I wanted to have my speakers/system installed correctly so I went with them. Big Mistake.
They canceled my appointment 1 hour before my scheduled appointment to reschedule for the next day, went over the estimate, took longer to install than what I was told and the job wasn't done correctly (Audio is ahead of the picture).
When I called to explain the situation to them & that it wasn't correct, moon became very combative. Here is the best part, they said that they would come back out for a $118 service

First and foremost I was contacted by one of their call center reps who set me up to install a hard wired doorbell as well as 4 POE cameras. The initial quote with EVERYTHING installed came to roughly 500.00. Well when Moon showed up we chatted so much about motorcycles that he wasn't really working half the time. This review is to the incredible skill and professionalism of the two tech guys that were sent to my house. This review is overdue and I apologize to Innovation for the delay. I needed 5 security cameras installed in my two-story home. This was a huge job b/c the workincluded interior and exterior installation.
The estimator miscalculated how long the job would take, and after a few hours, the workers knew that they were going to be here for a while.
Nevertheless, their commitment to excellence never waned and they didn't adjust the price.

I know nothing about surveillance cameras, and we needed something in my mom's house, as we hired a caregiver and needed to surveil to make sure she was O.K. So the guy that came to the house to recommend a system and give an estimate was really nice, but after the system was installed he just assumed that I was going to be able to operate it by myself. I recently moved in to a new house and needed my tv and stereo systems set up. I called Innovation Technologies and they set me up with an appointment for the next day. Right off the bat, I was impressed with how friendly and professional they are. When the techs came, they were courteous, quick, and did a beautiful job installing my tv and surround sound system. My story is too long to even write on Yelp, but my only piece of advice would just be to pay close attention to the pricing quoted and get multiple competitive quotes before you settle on the quote given by Lena at Innovation Tech. There were at least two occasions during the process of searching for a vendor that I found that I didn't really need to be charged what I was being charged. It mainly had to do with unnecessary charges for cables. I felt like Lena was unaware of the actual process of mounting a TV and installing an outlet behind the TV to know what materials were actually necessary

I called around to get quotes to mount my new flat screen onto my wall above my fireplace and found Moon's knowledge and quote to be the best match for me. Ryan and Moon came to install the TV and they were professional and friendly. They fished all the wires into my walls as I requested overcoming some tricky wall issues. I had two other guys come to my house over a period of a month and neither of them were able to make my system work. Terrance and Asa had it working in 1 1/2 hours. Better than I had even imagined. I found these guys through service magic. Called just to get a quote and the tech I believe Terrance actually came out the same day. He was professional and knew exactly what we wanted when we asked for a TV installation and speakers wired through our whole house and connected to a single box in the living room. He finished up in a couple days and there's not a wire showing and the system looks/sounds great. I'm completely satisfied. Thank you Innovation Technologies =)
