We had no issues with the install or equipment but were told to call anytime if one arises. They called to check in on us & our new system to make sure we were happy. Wish they did more than home theater so they could fix other problems at our home!

We recently redid our home theater system. The work was done by a private technician that we had used a number of times. There was an ongoing connectivity problem with Direct TV that he could not resolve. We were referred to Javier at SDHTD and he corrected the problem in a short period of time and the problem has not returned. Javier is our new tech guru. We recommend him very highly.
