Amazing service. The driver was on time and so friendly. The cars very clean and well taken care of. My driver was very experienced and was able to navigate through the traffic and get me to the airport 15 minutes earlier than expected. I definitely would recommend this taxi service to anyone. I will be using them from now on. I was so amazed by the cleanliness of the vehicle and how experienced the driver was. He made my hectic commute to the airport a very calm and pleasing one. I am so happy that I found a reliable taxi company and will continue to use their amazing service.

Totally surprised to find a $94 charge for a .9 mile trip. Trying to contact their billing department now, but yet to talk to anyone who is not a dispatcher. I will update this space with the resolution but right now their automated billing service looks very glitchy.

Back to update - It was a totally bogus charge. There was the original charge, which was accurate. Then a few days later they took my card for a long trip in a circle. The documentation to 'prove' the charge was at a terrible resolution so it was impossible to actually see any of the numbers on the print

You know... when the customer is on the phone, having called you back to figure out who is paying for the cab fare, that is probably not the appropriate time to get into the specifics of where you think the communication process went wrong!
