Haddick's Towing

So I got my car stolen and these people charged me $385 to get it out. That's one law or whatever it is it has to change.

In person Good Service👍👍☺️☺️, however if you call in the evening you will definitely get rude male answering your calls. Just don't bother just go in person make sure you have your VIN# or License Plates. They are pretty good in Negotiations. It's okay 👍👍👍👍 place in person only. This places are known to have disrespectful rude Employees.

Towed my girlfriend's car for expired registration, but then went on to say she also had $500 in overdue parking tickets also and those needed to be paid as well. Wasted an entire day calling every city possible the department of transportation etc. and we couldn't find the tickets anywhere. Decided to go in person to the DMV to see if they had any way for us to pay them. She paid the registration and asked the woman at the DMV if there were any tickets as well, and she told us she wouldn't have been able to complete th registration if there were any tickets. We called the City of Industry's sheriff

I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he was on time,professional and wore his mask I appreciate that. I will never use Hadley Tow again very rude driver and in the office. Please give props to the driver. Things are so stressful so having someone at 6am a total professional.

Be sure to call first and find out EVERYTHING this business needs before releasing your car to you or another tow company (in my case) - and write it down, and bring it in. Otherwise, they will find a reason to keep your car an extra night.

Had to get an early morning tow. Ernesto showed up very quickly and was very professional and did a quick look at my car to help me see if there was anything we could figure out on the spot. I want to give a very heartfelt gratitude to Hector the tow truck driver that showed up where I was stranded while waiting for my tow truck driver to show up to tow my vehicle to the tire shop, due to not having a spare tire. After dealing with AAA for over 2 hrs and NO show from the Tow truck company that supposedly was going to help me , after spending almost 2 hours with AAA giving me the run around it ended up being another towing company which never showed up either...UGH!!! well shout out to Hector that helped me even if he was not my tow truck driver!! he even tried to get the call transferred

Had to have my car towed today (03/07/2021) due to an accident and didn't know where to send it. Haddicks sent someone over with a tow truck and the person who helped, wish I remembered his name, was very helpful. So far it's been a pleasant experience.

The staff were most friendly and helpful. The driver was knowledgeable and giving good advices regarding the vehicle and how to avoid the future breakdown. He really went out his extra miles to help customers out, comparing to other companies which just want to have good reviews and collect money.
