Ranson Ridge Assisted Living & Memory Care
We are a special people who have a heart-felt love for helping seniors enjoy a happy and healthy lifestyle in a supportive environment focused on socialization, good food, good health, safety, and independence. We are a small, independently owned and operated senior care community, dedicated to providing the most excellent services and accommodations to our neighbors in the Huntersville and Lake Norman area.

We proudly take our name from the Ranson family whose great-great grandfather, Dr. Alexander Ranson, purchased 160 acres of Huntersville land and started the Huntersville Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church in 1874. We celebrate our Huntersville hometown heritage! Joe and Linda Ranson reside on Ranson Road and are our special guests at many of our functions.
Services
Our residents don't have to go out of the building to get excellent medical care. In addition to our Medical Director, Dr. John Gambino, we have a dedicated MD, a Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner who attend to our residents on a regular basis. On a daily basis, we have one full-time RN and two LPNs that cover 7 days a week.
We will be happy to schedule your personal tour of our community. While you may simply drop in for information at anytime, we highly recommend scheduling a specific date and time to ensure that Cathy will be available to give you the most complete information, including pricing. Cathy is a Certified Senior Advisor and is our residency expert.
2. What do the apartments look like? All of the units at Ranson Ridge are studio-style. They are very spacious with enough room for a sleeping area and also a living area. We have 5 beautiful community living rooms, all located within steps of each unit. All units, including our memory care, have their own beautifully appointed bathrooms that include large easy-access tiled showers.
If you have a true love for caring for seniors, are a team player, have a positive attitude, are dependable and have an excellent work record, we may have a place on our team for you! Please fully complete pages 3, 4, 5, and 8 of the application before arriving and submit when applying. Med Aides must also complete the following Med Aide application before arriving and submit when applying.

Mom moved in a month ago. While she is still adjusting to her new home, I can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone has been so hospitable, and have helped to make the transition easier

My mother has been at Ranson Ridge since 2017, where she has eventually transitioned into the Memory Care wing, and we couldn't be happier with the care she receives there. The facilities are beautiful, the staff is wonderful and caring and most importantly for her, the food is always great! We highly recommend Ranson Ridge.

We were so pleased with the care my father-in -law received we recommended Ranson Ridge to my father when he needed assisted living. He is as pleased as punch. Now we can visit both fathers at the same time!

Ranson Ridge is an outstanding Assisted Living and Memory Care center.
The staff is always friendly, helpful and ready to answer all questions. They have done an excellent job of keeping all residents protected from Covid-19, while at the same time doing everything possible to accomodate family visits with loved ones.
Pricing, service and facility are top notch. The building and grounds are always clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Food service is great.
We are thankful for the staff's positive attitude and sense of camaraderie, and for the can-do attitude shown by management. We

If you’re looking for a great assisted living for your mom, dad, or loved one, I can highly recommend Ranson Ridge! My mother moved to RR three and a half years ago, and she and our family have found it to be a top notch facility. The building is beautiful, the medical care is wonderful, but the best part of RR is the staff, who all treat the residents as they would their own moms and dads. During the pandemic, when all assisted living facilities were closed to visitors, we didn’t worry one bit…we knew our mom was being very well cared for by a loving staff. We are so happy Mom

My Dad has lived at Ranson Ridge for little over a year. The communication especially during the pandemic has been exceptional! Cathy, Jeff and the staff are very thoughtful and caring. We know that Dad is in good hands. I highly recommend Ranson Ridge to anyone looking for a clean, active, positive environment for their loved one.

My mom moved into Ranson Ridge almost three years ago, and we have been very happy with her care! Mom moved from her home where she had lived independently, and we were all nervous about the decision to move to assisted living. We interviewed five facilities and left the decision to Mom...she chose Ranson Ridge and we were in total agreement! When you first enter, you notice the beautifully decorated rooms, but the best part is the staff...they are ALL amazing...so caring and loving with every resident...they truly feel like extended family. We are thrilled with the wonderful medical staff who

Excellent care! Devoted staff! Varied activities! Beautiful and clean spaces! There aren't sufficient words of praise to direct toward Ranson Ridge. In the time my mother has been a resident (2 years in Assisted Living and seven months in memory care, I have never had a complaint. Knowing that she is well cared for gives me peace of mind at a level that I never encountered at two other facilities.

My 97-year-old father has been a resident at Ranson Ridge for 2 1/2 years. It is a wonderful assisted living facility. Cheerful and friendly staff, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated living areas, and well-balanced, delicious meals. The staff has been so kind and patient with my Dad as his mobility, hearing and eyesight has decreased. I have never worried about him during the pandemic because I know they are taking care of him as they would a member of their own family.
