M3 is an on-location makeup artistry and hair services company that sets a new standard for talent, experience, and professionalism. Our team is based out of Winter Park. We travel extensively throughout Florida and fly worldwide as needed. There is no project too big or small. We do fashion, print, television, film, celebrities, and also special fx.
We've worked with many agencies, production companies, celebrities, and Fortune 500 companies for their Events in and around Orlando and Central Florida since 2006. From film shoots with clients such as Florida Hospital and A&E Lifetime Network to corporate events for TD Ameritrade and SAP, M3 Makeup is the go-to makeup service for the best quality and professionalism in the industry.
We can travel to your location for all wedding day services or you can come to our salon schedule permitting. Our team members come prepared and ready to make your getting ready prep day easy, enjoyable, stress free, and fun! While we do have a great team that can handle multiple weddings on the same day, we still very often get booked 6-12 months in advance.

Amazing team of hair and makeup artists! I truly could not have been happier with my wedding day hair and makeup! And my bridesmaids looked incredible! Also I added touch ups to my package and Rachel stayed with us through photos and it was the best money I ever spent! She was SO incredibly helpful and didn’t miss a beat, not only fixing my hair and makeup so it was perfect for every photo even in the heat, she held my bouquet, fixed my train, and so many other things that were above and beyond!

Had a great experience with M3 make-up for my wedding. Britanny and Rali were amazing at hair and make-up and were able to give me and my bridesmaids a natural and beautiful look.
Michele and the team are super helpful and kind and worked with us to find the perfect hair style and make-up for everyone.
They used quality products that didn't leave anyone's skin irritated, on the contrary, they applied moisturizers and took all the steps needed to make sure our skin was well taken care of. They were also able to cover all of my acne without making it seem like I was wearing a ton of make-up.

For me, finding a beauty vendor was the most difficult vendor to find. It’s so easy to get overwhelmed by all the photos and review and not every vendor is responsive to your inquiries, but I’m so happy I found M3 Beauty! They made it so easy to communicate with them prior to even booking with them, and they were so wonderful to work with throughout the process as a whole. They listened to my vision for the wedding, and they made helpful suggestions which helped make my look so much better! We had a destination wedding in Lake Wales, FL. I was looking for a makeup artist who would enhance my natural look on our wedding day. I wanted a natural, timeless, elegant look. I found M3 Makeup, after a few unsuccessful trials with other make-up groups. M3 Makeup listened to what I wanted and created the look I was going for (a glam natural look). I was very pleased with how my hair and makeup turned out. My hair was in a very clean, chic low bun -- it was out of my face, and looked great without all the frizz from the FL heat. The style lasted all weekend amid the FL weather! I would recommend

My top priority in picking a makeup artist for my small wedding was finding someone who was comfortable doing makeup on different skin types, ethnicities and ages. Evelyn was our artist and she made me, my bridesmaids, and my 71 year old Colombian mom all feel beautiful. I was so happy with the way that my hair and makeup turned out thanks to Michelle's team! Brittany and Priscilla traveled up to Ocala from Orlando to do my makeup and hair, along with my bridesmaids. It was important to me that they felt comfortable working with different complexions and hair types because my wedding party included women from all different backgrounds, black, hispanic, Asian, and white. The stylists at M3 were professional, prompt, and a joy to work with! I had the incredible to get ready for my wedding in my parents house with all my friends and family in the bridal party. It was so special. All four of the M3 artists that came were prepared to work with everyone, cater to their wishes for both hair and makeup, and had so much fun with us. They also worked with one another very well.

The M3 team was amazing on my wedding day -- we all wanted to look like ourselves, but a little better, and they truly honored that. Both the hair and makeup artists listened and worked with my group to give us all our own individual vision of how we were wanting to look, and they completely nailed it. They were kind, professional and honestly just pros at what they do. Working with Michele from the beginning made everything else a breeze -- she was so organized and attentive that it made me feel more at ease on the day of my wedding and leading up to it. It's funny how I found M3 Beauty, as I had followed the owners blog about her battle with cancer since she first got diagnosed and through her journey. It was inspirational with her fight and how determined she was, so I decided when it was my chance to need a makeup/hair company I would use her company.

This new boutique-jewel of a salon is an absolute must if you are picky like me, and are skeptical to try somewhere new; haircuts and color are long term decisions we have to live with!
Don't be intimidated of high priced Winter Park salons - it's very affordable
High End Bumble and Bumble products, my stylist Olivia from New York is a master with hair color, cuts, and styling..she truly listens to what you are looking to accomplish and delivers and BEYOND!
