My wife and I are moving from Orange County California to McKinney, Texas. I'm very pleased how Ruth Ann at Christie Rhyne agency assisted me in preparing us for the move by establishing a new homeowner's policy for our new build. She answered all of my questions and built our policy around our needs. She reached out to my current State Farm agent and had my records transferred over, so when our auto policies need to be renewed, she will already have all the information. Ruth Ann has been very professional and proactive in making sure we are covered for emergencies. Looking forward to meeting you

I worked with Jazette. Great experience. She worked diligently to ensure all the necessary coverage was in place for my home and auto policy. I felt the relationship with this agency was personable although State Farm is a large company. They emphasize direct support and quality of coverage. Very professional!

Although the rate was good and I did switch over to State Farm I did not enjoy working with Jazette. She spoke to me like I was a "poor thing", it was very condescending. She kept saying ok ,ok, I'm here to help you oh sweet thing and calling me sweet heart - very unprofessional. I am not your sweet heart. I don't even know you so please stop. I really could not wait to get off the phone with her. Hopefully if I call back I will not have to deal with her.

Christie has been my State Farm agent for 10 years. She is amazing as is her office team. Her rates are hard to beat and the customer service I receive is stellar. When I’ve needed assistance or I have questions they are always quick to respond. I have so much confidence in her that I’ve referred her to several people over the years and everyone I have sent her way is also very happy. When other insurance agents cold call me to try and sell me insurance, I politely tell them - No thanks, I already have the best insurance agent ever.
