First Coast Rehabilitation

I wanted one-on-one physical therapy, so this was the place! I started 2 days after arthroscopic surgery on my knee for a torn meniscus. My therapist, Angela C. was very attentive and helpful to me. She knew just how to push me and when to explain stuff, so I would understand my situation. I made great progress and she gave me home exercises to do (printed out with instructions and pictures). My overall improvement over 2 months was more than I had hoped. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Best P.T. department we ever used! One on one care and they listen to you. Dr. Viti did the best initial evaluation I've ever seen. Exercises are clearly explained and worksheets sent home. Will not use anyother P.T. department.

Excellent Service! I was not enjoying my leisure activities (pickleball, kayaking, etc.) due to arthritis in my right shoulder. A combination of physical therapy, dry needling and education provided by Adrian Bland, PT and Tyler Ross, PT and I'm back hitting hard and fast. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Dr. Viti and the staff at First Coast Rehabilitation are awesome. He worked wonders with my injured knee. He has me out doing my daily walks again. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend PT therapist Bobbie at First Coast Rehabilition as the best PT therapist in treating Lymphadema.
Bobbie is very skilled , talented and compassionate in her special drainage massage therapy for patients who have Lymphadema due to Breast cancer.
I personally have gone from constant pain and swelling to pain-free and great reduction in swelling.
You can't find a better and more outstanding Lymphadema therapist in N.E. Florida than Bobbie , she is truly the Best there is!

I have worked with PT Nick November for over a year getting ready for hip replacement and then recovering from both hip surgeries. He was consistently friendly, caring, professional and extremely knowledgable. He shared the science of “why” and the “importance” of each exercise which motivated me in my therapy sessions and home exercises. The rehab facility is clean, professional and supportive. First Coast Rehab has been my “go to” site for many years, and will continue to be my first choice!

I cannot say enough good things about First Coast Rehabilitation. The building/equipment is modern and very clean, the staff is welcoming and friendly. I had seen 5+ other physical therapists for a running related injury, who all told me to give up running and find a lower- impact sport. I’m so glad that I found Dr Rob Stanborough, because now i’m running pain free after 2 years of misdiagnosis and frustration!
I come back periodically for tune ups and every experience is great. I will never go anywhere else for physical therapy!

I have been to First Coast Rehabilitation to recover from surgery a couple of times and have ALWAYS found the team there to be professional, knowledgeable and compassionate.
Most recently Zack Devirgilio helped me to recover from surgery on my right knee. Following my total replacement of the knee; Zack was thorough, knowledgeable and patient in helping me get back full use of my right leg (knee). I was very familiar with First Coast Rehabilitation because when I first moved here 7 years ago I arrived with a herniated disc in my back and was sent to First Coast for rehab. They were great then and are still great. I just had a total hip replacement and even though my surgeon has his own rehab facility I asked to go to First Coast. My therapist was Adrian Bland and I found her to be very skilled and knowledgeable. She assisted me with the goals we set for myself and I had a great experience and feel great now. I would highly recommend Ms. Bland and First Coast for any rehabilitation need.
