We will give you a formal quote for your project based on quantity, turn around required and other possible factors. Once the order is placed, Viola Embroidery will begin the digitizing and/or lettering setup.
This important step plays a big role in the final quality of your product. We do a preliminary quality check to be sure your custom logo passes our quality standards and run additional quality checks on our machines. We will then send you an embroidery sample of your custom design for approval. Once you review the sample we may go over any questions you have and/or make any changes required.

Silk Screening, or screenprinting is a process commonly used to print artwork or logos on T-shirts and sweatshirts. Using state of the art automatic screen printing presses we can service your need for printed wearable products. Our presses can print designs from 1 up to 14 colors. We offer many different techniques such as; 4-color process, metallic, water base and puff our capabilities are endless!
