Husband needed a hem and patch work. Didn't realize he had an inspection - needed to buy new uniform. This place was able to do a 24hr turnaround and that made his inspection a breeze! We appreciate your quick service. Love their customer service. Don't be fooled by the parking lot, this place is legit. Would definitely come back again and do service with them when we are in a pinch!

Their website and attached screenshot from their site says schedule pickup/delivery with $25 min. I was nearby so i stopped by to drop off and requested for delivery. My order came to almost $35 yet she refused and then said she'd do it for a $50 order and didn't care what the website said. This is how you do business??

This is my default dry cleaning/alterations establishment. the dry cleaning service is top notch, and the alterations they do is second to none! the customer service is excellent: i had them sew a new set of buttons on a waist coat, but one of them popped off the first time i wore it. i took it back in, and they sewed in on there for free, and actually reinforced the other buttons with thicker thread! excellent! i've had them rezipper and repair hopelessly mangled musical instrument bags, and they came out nicer than when i originally bought them! i highly recommend this place! and they're such

I kept calling various dry cleaners on a Tuesday to have a shirt dry cleaned but kept getting quoted Friday. This place is a life saver as they had the shirt ready the next day & it looked as good as new for a good price and on such short notice. If you're wondering whether or not to come up this place for dry cleaning, do it. Wonderful service!

Good for military, got my alpha coat dry cleaned and my chevrons put on, also got my pants tailored and they were perfect. I would definitely recommend especially if you don't want to go on base because it can get pretty backed up and here they can get your order done pretty quickly (in about 3 days or less)

I was looking for a place to dry clean my bridesmaid dress and there were so many, I didn't know who to trust especially with COVID and all. I put out a request and I immediately got a respond from this amazing place. Well, I dropped my dress of yesterday and I got it today. I am extremely pleased with the quick turn around, the price and the customer service at this place. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will be back in the near future. God bless!

I couldn’t have asked for better service! I took my wedding gown to be cleaned for resale. He did such a thorough job, and even cleaned my garment bag because he said buyers look at that when purchasing. I’ll sum it up like this: knowledgeable, best price (was quoted by 4 other dry cleaners for $100+ more), on time, and efficient.

I hate to give this negative review. As you can see from my other reviews, they are typically positive. I brought a blue gown in for shortening. Dress was marked to be full length with a pin. Tried it on for the lady in the cleaners with my heels on. Mark I had was correct and she added the pin for slightly longer length in back. She quoted me $28 & took my number down to call me if there was a price change after speaking to her alterations person. I picked up dress as scheduled yesterday. Truly this dry cleaner is one of the city's gems, right up with my tailor in Sorrento Valley. I almost don't want to tell you about this place...in case they get too crowded and raise prices. I've used US as my only dry cleaner for more than two years, and not once have I had a problem. We turned a dress in to get cleaned and was charged $90. Picked the dress up and was happy with the service that was provided on the dress cleaning and customer service.
We returned back with the same dress a month later and they wanted to charge us $180 for the same dress. I told the lady in front that we only paid $90 last time and she refused to give us the same price even if it was showing on our acct that price. I took the dress back and dropped it to another cleaner. They charged me $80.

The first time came here I had just checked into my new command and needed a warfare patch sewn onto my NWUs for work the next day and they were able to help.
This last time after going to THREE different places for some last minute alterations and getting turned down even when some of those places had "same day alterations" advertised on their pages, I figured I'd try US Cleaners one more time and sure enough they were happy to help a frantic me get

Cons: I was told my clothes would be ready on a certain day but when I came for pickup on that day, one of my clothes wasn't ready yet. It was actually the item that I needed most. Luckily I turned in my stuff early enough that I got my last clothing items before I needed it. It was just inconvenient to make a second trip given my weird work schedule. But I don't know how dry cleaning works so maybe that item needed some extra care (though it didn't have stains...)? Not sure.

I messaged them over Yelp on a Saturday morning because I needed some clothes for sure by Tuesday morning, since I had an interview on Tuesday afternoon. Monday was a holiday so I wasn't sure what businesses would be open. They messaged me back very quickly, letting me know that if I dropped them off, they would be ready Monday by 3 PM. When I got there I realized I had driven by that plaza many times on the way to school and to my jiu jitsu gym.
